影片《阿甘正传》荣获1995年奥斯卡最佳影片奖、奥斯卡最佳男主角奖、奥斯卡最佳导演奖等6项大奖。不得不说这部影片给我的感触很深。 记得这样一句名言--“当上帝关了这扇门，一定会为你打开另一扇门。”阿甘的一生把这句话展现的淋漓尽致。人生就像各种各样的朱古力，你永远不会知道那一块属于你。”阿甘母亲的这一理解，向我们阐明了：每一个人的生命轨迹都是存在，而且是独一无二的。阿甘，正是听着这样的教诲，一步一个脚印地踩出属于自己的生活的奇迹。从智商只有75分而不得不进入特殊学校，到橄榄球健将，到越战英雄，到虾船船长，到跑遍美国，阿甘以先天缺陷的身躯，达到了许多智力健全的人也许终其一生也难以企及的高度。
阿甘天生就注定不是一个出类拔萃的人。但上天又是如此公平，往往，它会令起点不高的人比天生优越感十足的人更早，更深刻地认识到生活的真实。幼年的阿甘腿有残疾，阿甘的母亲不得不为儿子套上一个笨重的铁架子，以辅助行走。放学后，同伴们在路上讥笑他，玩弄他，追赶着扔石头。女同学珍妮喊道：“阿甘，快跑。”阿甘惊慌，拔腿就想跑，跌倒了挣扎着爬起。渐渐地，铁架子不在束缚着他，他奔跑如飞。同伴们追不上他，眼睁睁的束手无策。这是阿甘人生中的第一个奇迹。
智商只有75的他不能进入公立学校学习，但他的母亲是个坚强的女人，把他送入了学校。在去学校的车上，阿甘遇见了如天使般的珍妮，他们成为了好朋友。一次，一些男同学朝阿甘扔石头，珍妮叫阿甘快跑，阿甘拔腿就跑。这一跑，让阿甘跑出了困境，跑进了橄榄球队，跑进了大学。成为了橄榄球巨星。以后又进了大学并最终顺利毕业。不久，他参加了越战。在越南战场上，阿甘的部队中了埋伏，一声撤退令下，阿甘记起珍妮的嘱咐：“打不过，就跑。”阿甘于是转头就跑。他成了唯一幸免的人。看到这里，观众大概都会发笑。阿甘如果不是跑得快，就不可能后来返回去救出负伤的战友；阿甘如果不回去拯救战友，那么阿甘也就不是阿甘了。
又一次，他进入了军队，并认识了巴布，他们成为了好朋友。在越美战争中，阿甘又多亏了他的“飞毛腿”，他才得以欢声，但他的好朋友巴布却还在战场，他不过一切的回去救巴布，但在一路上，有好多人都在喊：“阿甘，救命。”阿甘救了许多人。最后找到了巴布，但他已经中枪，只剩下最后一口气了，阿甘把巴布带到安全地带，他们只交谈了几句,巴布就撒手人寰。后来阿甘由于在战场立功，还收到了总统的接见。
阿甘因战功显赫而受到总统接见。这是导演为我们准备的一幕喜剧，但我们却不会为此而觉得夸张，可笑。有的人常感觉生活负担过重，面前困难重重，因此整天垂头丧气，郁郁不欢。阿甘的信念这样的单纯，目标这样的清晰，即便先天不足，前有穷山恶水，他也以平常心视之，并最终一一跨过，这并不是说愚人之福，保持这种态度和意志的人，信念能减轻他许多关于生命的重负，而使他达到生命之巅。
在住院疗养期间，阿甘学会了乒乓球，而且打得非常好，甚至后来进入了国家队，代表美国访问中国，为那是的中美关系立了功。珍妮已经堕落，但阿甘还是爱着珍妮。坚守和巴布的承诺，阿甘在海上干起了他并不熟悉的捕虾。后来他成为了百万富翁，但是单纯的阿甘并不为金钱所诱惑，当起了园丁。珍妮回来了，但是不久便离开了。知道几年后，珍妮带了个小男孩回来，她告诉阿甘，这是他们的儿子。珍妮也走了，她是因为换了不治之症走的。在影片末，他们的儿子也到了上学的年龄，阿甘送儿子上学，从书中落下了片头被阿甘加进书中的羽毛。
阿甘一生中只有一种爱支撑人生，那就是母爱；阿甘一生只爱一个女孩珍妮，除此他永远心如止水；他可以为了纪念死去的战友布巴，而干起自己并不熟悉的捕虾业（仅仅是由于布巴的一句话）……在生命的每一个阶段，阿甘的心中只有一个目标在指引着他，他也只为此而踏实地，不懈地，坚定地奋斗，直到目标的完成，新的目标的出现。没有单纯的抉择就不会没有心灵的杂念；而没有心灵杂念的人，大概才能够在人生中举重苦轻。
阿甘的一生中出现了许多奇迹，但这些奇迹没有、也绝不会引导你去羡慕他，你只会欣赏和阿甘一起的那些岁月、生命和历史，体味个中的苦甜，以期“跨越缺陷，完美人生”。 阿甘是值得我们崇拜，我们学习的，他一生创造了许多辉煌、奇迹，所以，我们不仅要有目标，还要去踏实奋斗，这样，目标才不遥远。相信自己，上帝是公平的。
在影片《阿甘正传》的开头和结尾你都会看到：在广阔的蓝天下，一根轻盈而洁白的羽毛从天而降，缓缓地降落在阿甘的脚下。这其实是影片在暗示：这个世界上，如果有人把生命看得像羽毛般纯洁，平淡而美丽，那么，这个人一定是阿甘。这部电影带给我更多的是阿甘的精神，他虽然智商不高，但他有理想，有目标，他做一件事会用尽力做，这样往往是最好的，不是吗？所以他在哪发面都成功了。虽然是部励志片，但我还是很佩服阿甘身上的那股子劲儿，做事有目标，在完成目标的途中，他拼搏、努力、奋斗，知道达成目标。我们现在不是不缺目标，每个人的目标自己都很清楚，我们缺的却是阿甘身上那股去踏实奋斗的劲儿。
