今天我和大家一同分享的内容是有关高中音乐核心素养的思考——音乐教学之“本真”。
音乐核心素养立足人的音乐发展，强调音乐学习的各个领域、不同情境中所不可或缺的共同所应有的要求，是关键的、必要的音乐素养。音乐核心素养强调的是音乐学科的价值内涵与学生专业成长的综合性和整体性的有机结合，是音乐学科对于学生音乐成长的意义和价值所在。其中音乐审美与体验是核心，其他还应包含音乐表演与音乐文化。
普通高中音乐教学要针对音乐学科核心素养的培养要求，促进学生人格与身心的健康发展的课程目标，教学设计上首先要重视“以生为本的丰富而生动的音乐实践体验与感悟”，以及拥有不同人文语境和人文视野的宽度和高度的理解和认知，促进学生音乐素养和音乐兴趣的培养的同时，促进审美能力的提高，重视音乐学习中的学生与作品感情相互交融、涵养美感的过程指导，将音乐的鉴赏过程作为感情体验的深度与广度的体验过程。进而帮助学生构建起正确的音乐审美观，逐渐积淀和培养其音乐核心素养。
要做好音乐学科核心素养的培养工作，在日常教学中我们应该首先摒除三种教学倾向。
第一，视听倾向。很多的课，教师只是让学生去看视频，听乐曲，以为这就是最有效的“欣赏”。其中又有两种状况，其一是“去教材化”。由于学生不喜欢较为陈旧、枯燥的歌曲，就去找一些孩子们喜欢的流行曲目，让学生来听来唱。其二是“去知识化”。利用当今发达的网络资源，搜集一些相关的课程内容，任意选用，音乐知识方面授课内容大大减少。第二，学唱比例过大。老师教，学生唱，到文艺表演时，能唱能演就皆大欢喜了。以为这样既实用，又有效应，很多教学目标都满足于这种状态。第三，“专业化”倾向在部分学校时有所见。某些课仿佛成了音乐专业考生辅导班，完全按乐理、视唱、练耳等高考内容安排教学。这或许能让个别音乐特长生受益，但对大多数学生来说，却是离题万里了。
将高中音乐教学提升到发展学生的核心素养的层面上，是音乐教育改革必须挑起的一副重担。要想挑好这副担子，首当其冲的就是要摒除上述三种倾向，回归音乐教学的本真。那么，什么是高中音乐教学的“本真”呢?在我看来，就是“鉴赏”。而“鉴赏”就意味着不是简单的视听或者一般的教唱，也不仅仅是专业知识的讲解，而是要有所“超越”，有所“综合”，即落实到“核心素养”上。
将“重心”真正落到审美素养上。人们谈到音乐教育时，总爱说“审美能力”，其实这远远不够，还应当包括诸如“审美品格”“审美体验”等等。审美素养应同时包含音乐素养与文化素养，这就将音乐学科的核心素养纳入到文化素养的范畴，既能够体现各门学科核心素养的相通，又能够体现学科核心素养与学生发展核心素养的衔接与融合。具体的教学过程中，要处理好鉴赏、演奏、歌唱、创作、音乐与舞蹈、音乐与戏剧表演等各个课程板块中整体与部分的关系。
加强体验式教学方式。“审美体验价值”是音乐课程四个方面的价值之首，“体验”也是音乐学习过程中的重要方法要素。在我看来，核心素养提出之后，应加重“体验教学”的杠杆作用。可以说，没有体验教学，学生核心素养的发展就会是纸上谈兵。
音乐教学方式要向“体验式教学”转型，可尝试从以下三个方面进行改进：一是把简单的视听教学转变为“具身沉浸式视听”的状态;二是把老师教、学生唱的单向式教学方式转变为“互动式学习”状态;三是把“讲得多、教得多、动得少、学得少”的课堂状态转变为“多动、少讲、多学、少教”的状态。这样一更新，“体验教学”状态就会自然形成，学生的音乐“核心素养”就会得到水到渠成的发展。
