篇1:Synthesis of 4-Aminosalicylglycine

Synthesis of 4-Aminosalicylglycine

To search for a better prodrug of 4-aminosalicylic acid that is expected to deliver stably parent drug to colon against the inflammatory bowel disease, a novel 4-aminosalicylic acid derivative was designed and synthesized from 4-aminosalicylic acid. 4-Aminosalicylglycine was prepared from 4-aminosalicylic acid by protecting amino and hydroxyl groups with benzyloxycarbonyl and acetyl, respectively, then the carboxylic acid was converted to acyl chloride which was treated with glycine. After removing the protection groups, 4-aminosalicylglycine was obtained. All the compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra. In vivo experiment on rats suggested that the curative effect of 4-aminosalicylglycine was more effective than that of 4-aminosalicylic acid.

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Biomaterial:Maleic Anhydride-modified Poly(dl-lactic acid)

A novel modified poly(dl-lactic acid) (PDLLA) was obtained by covalently grafting of maleic anhydride onto the backbone of PDLLA, attempting to improve PDLLA's hydrophilicity and cell affinity and to provide reactive groups for further chemical modification. FTIR, 13C NMR and DSC were used to characterize the maleic anhydride-modified PDLLA.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF ORGANO-SOLUBLE FLUORINATED POLYIMIDES FROM 4,4-BIS(3-AMINO-5-TRIFLUOROMETHYLPHENOXY)-B

An aromatic diamine monomer, 4,4'-bis(3-amino-5-trifluoromethyl phenoxy)-biphenyl (TFBPDA), was synthesized via the nucleophilic displacement reaction of 3,5-dinitrobenzotrifluoride and 4,4'-biphenol. The monomer was reacted with various aromatic dianhydrides via the high temperature polycondensation procedure to provide a series of polyimides. The polyimides, PI-1 to PI-4, show good solubility not only in aprotic solvents, such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone and N,N-dimethylacetamide, but also in many common solvents, such as m-cresol, chloroform and cyclopentanone. PI-4, derived from 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride and TFBPDA, was even soluble in toluene. Moreover, PI films exhibit good thermal stability, outstanding transparency in the visible light region and acceptable mechanical and electrical properties. The excellent combined properties of the polyimides make them as a good candidate for fabricating microelectronics.

Synthesis of Dinaphtho-dioxaphosphepin-4-oxides, Epoxides and Bisphosphonates

A few new seven-membered phosphorus heterocyclic compounds and bis-phosphonates (5a-5g, 5f, 5g', 9 and 10) were prepared by the reaction of 4-bromo dioxaphosphepin (2) with various Grignard reagents followed by their oxidation with H2O2. All the compounds were thoroughly characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 13C, 31PNMR and mass spectral data. Their antimicrobial activity was evaluated and some of them possess significant activity.

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Trifluoromethylphenyl Silane Monomers

Using 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)bromobenzene and methyltrimethoxysilane or tetraethoxysilane as raw materials, novel trifluoromethylphenyl silanes were synthesized via Grignard reaction and substitution reaction, and the molecular structure of silane products was characterized by NMR, FT-IR, MS techniques and elemental analysis. The reaction result showed that the reactivity of Grignard reagent was different in THF and diethyl ether when subjected to substitution reaction, which gave three products with different substitution degree. According to the current work, mono-, di- and tri-substituted product can be obtained selectively from the same reactants by controlling the reaction condition.

Two new benzo-[15]-crown-5 attached phenanthroline platinum(Ⅱ) complexes with the general formula Pt(phen)X2, where X = Cl (1), C≡CC6H5 (2) have been synthesized, and their absorption and luminescence response towards metal ions have been studied.

Synthesis, Structure and Biological Activities of 2-(4-Methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)thioacetamide

The title compound, 2-(methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)thioacetamide was synthesized by several reactions from 4-methoxyacetophenone, triazole and phenyl isothiocyanate. The structure was identified by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, MS and IR. The single crystal structure of 2-(methoxybenzoyl)-N-phenyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)thioacetamide was determined with X-ray diffraction. The preliminary bioassays show that the title compound exhibits weak antifungal activities and plant-growth regulatory activity.

Synthesis and Biological Activities of Novel Thiophosphoryl Oximates Containing Thiazole and 1,2,3-Triazole Rings

In order to find novel high activity and low toxicity agrochemicals,a series of novel thiophosphoryl oximates containing thiazole and 1,2,3-triazole rings 4 were synthesized by the reactions of 1-{1-[(2-chlorothiazol-5-y1)methyl]-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl}ethanone oxime with various asymmetric thiophosphoryl chlorides.Their structures were confn'med by IR,1H NMR,31P NMR,EI-MS and elemental analyses.The target compounds existed as E-configuration,which was deduced by NMR analysis and by comparison with their pyfidyl analog de-termined by X-ray diffraction.The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that some of title compounds possess moderate insecticidal and fungicidal activities.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Compound of (C2N2H8O2) H6V10O28

A novel vanadate decamer, involving all vanadium atoms present in +5 oxidation and one formhydroxamic acid dimer cation readical, has been synthesized. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the orange crystal is formed in the triclinic system, space group Pī, a = 8. 4960 (17), b = 10. 447 (2), c = 11. 299 (2)A, α = 68. 82 (3)°,β = 87. 35 (3)°, γ= 66. 97 (3)°. V = 855. 3(3)A3, Z = 8, R1 = 0. 0857, wR2 = 0. 2551. X-ray crystallographic and packing in superlattice studies showed that the crystal structure was constructed by electrostatic attraction of ODH…O hydrogen bonds between formhydroxamic acid dimer cation and decavanadate polyanion. Formhydroxamic acid dimer is got through controlling the condition of the reaction using formhydroxamic acid.
