3.How to further develop the students’ speaking and listening skills by discussing or learning the dialogue.

Part two: On teaching methods
1.Make the students real masters while the teacher himself acts as director. In class, the teachers are required to give lessons in English, the time shouldn’t exceed one-third of whole class. Most of time is devoted speaking and listening activities. The teachers’ main task is to create an atmosphere of speaking and listening activities.
2.At the same time I’ll try to enlighten the students, In the course of teaching. I’ll try to adopt the student-center teaching style getting the students to find.

Step1: Warm up
1.Sing an English song. This step is to be from a better situation for the Ss’ by singing, They will come into the real English environment.
2.Free talk. Not only review the old knowledge but also make class become active.
Step2: Presentation
This course is very important. I’ll mainly talk about this step.
1. Show the pictures to the students to learn the words‘ pig/farm/cow/duck/chicken/apple/pear/orange ’ in the CAI.
2. Write down the words “ pig/farm/cow/duck/chicken/apple/pear/orange ” on the blackboard. Ask the students listen to me, then read and spell it, pay attention to the pronunciation.
3.Show some pictures about ‘ pigs/farms/cows/ducks/chickens/apples/pears/oranges ’,ask somebody to say and put the picture in the right place on the blackboard. Teach the sentence ‘What are these/those? They are …’( This step is not to present new words one by one. Just with the help of the CAI and the pictures. It can provide a real situation to understand the meaning of these words. and to arouse the students’ interesting in English learning. A completion can encourage them to try by themselves and improve their ability of learning.)
Step3: Practice
1.Play a game (low and loud).I will ask student go ahead the classroom. Then, I put a card in somebody’s desk, I ask the student come in classroom and find the cards. If he/she near the card ,the other students read the new on the picture loudly. When the student go away the picture,other students read low.
2.Work in pairs
Ask them to make a dialogue with their partners, They can speak to several classmates. who they want to co-operate with, so they can walk freely in the class. This part is very important of the lesson, The student’s abilities of speaking and communication will be trained .
Step4 Story time
1.Show the farm’ s picture and listen to the tape.
2.Listen to the dialogue and answer the question.
3.Watch cartoon and read the dialogue.
4.Read the dialogue freely and act.
This part use the CAI to set a real surrounding and encourage the students to communicate with the others. They can say loudly and freely. They will feel happy and successful, during this part, By the way the students will understand the meaning of the structure better and master the knowledge quickly.
Step5 Consolidation
1.Work in pairs.
2.Write a new dialogue.
The CAI show knowledge about we learnt, Let the students make a similar sentence like this. During this part, the students can think and say themselves, they will be glad to use the knowledge, they have learnt and be well trained.
Step5 Homework
1.Read after the tape.
2.Make a new dialogue.
I think the homework is so important that the students should speak English as much as they can in class or after class.

一、用讨论--讲解的授课方式发挥学生的主体性。
教学的艺术不在于传授的本领,而在于鼓励、唤醒、鼓舞,让学生学会用手、用脑去学习。如何激励、唤醒、鼓舞,发挥学生的主动性和创造性呢?以前上课也用过讨论、辩论等方式,但对于所带毕业班在复习备考期间,堂上教学主要是以讲练为主,就没有使用这一方式,另外,复习期间学生的学习量加大,精神天天处于一种高度紧张之中,因此导致课堂气氛比较沉闷。但在听了同科组老师的课以及老老师的指点以后,我受到了较大的启发。于是,我再次运用了讨论的方式,让学生自己去探讨解题的思路、方式及最后答案,然后在让每一小组派一个代表作为小老师上台讲解,最后,我再为他进行补充。这样的方式能够调动学生的内在学习动机,使学生处于一种特殊的心理状态和情感体验去参与课堂活动,在不知不觉中发挥了自己的潜力,感受到成功的喜悦。同时,我发现讨论--讲解式对发挥学生的主体性作用有以下几个优点:
1、以其形式新颖、气氛热烈,可刺激和较长时间保持学生的注意力,无形中调动了思维积极地参与了活动。
在活动中,我注意到,强烈的表现欲使学生战胜了被动、依赖、害羞的心理,谁都想一展身手,于是不知不觉参与了活动。在整个讨论--讲解的过程中,学生都主动、紧张地思考、学习。如此一课始终,学生或问或答,或思或记,无形中调动了自己的一切思维,积极参与了活动,学习效果较好。
2、在主动获取知识、训练能力的同时,更培养了学生的集体意识,使他们意识到团结协作的重要性。
在课堂上,学生之间积极互动的现象非常频繁,因为他们都意识到必须紧密团结,互相帮助才能在为大家讲解时较流畅,不出错误、不闹笑话。而我也要不失时机地培养学生的团结精神与协作能力,如在讲解完,有的组答得并不太好时,有的自责,有的懊丧,这时我会给予他们一定的鼓励,增强其信心,让他们意识到团结的重要性,果然,在下一课的复习当中,该组积极思考,紧密团结,通力合作,终于有了出色表现。
因此,我觉得讨论--讲解这一授课形式可以较好地使学生战胜学习的心理障碍,激活思维,主动学习,还可以为每一个学生提供更多、更频繁、更深入地参与语文活动的机会,真正使每一个学生都成为课堂的主人。
二、营造与培养学生自主创造精神相一致的语文课堂教学氛围。
我国自古以来就讲究“师道尊严”、“一日为师,终身为父”。老师说一不二,学生对老师唯言是从,不敢越雷池半步。这种教学制度严重制约了学生的主体意识和创新意识的发展,因此语文教学就要民主化。在教学中,我没有将学生视为容纳知识的器皿,而是从人格平等的基本观念出发,允许堂上有不同的声音出现。如何营造语文课堂教学中的民主气氛呢?我主要体现如下几个方面:
1、创设平等的民主氛围,消除老师的神秘感和权威性,将师生活动建立在友好、亲切、和谐的氛围之中。
学生可以向我大胆地提出不同的观点及疑惑,我对于他们这些有新意的想法也不一定要说服,这样学生就会敢于提出疑问,自信心也会增强许多,独立分析、解决问题的能力也就会相应地提高。
2、倡导平等参与课堂教学的双边活动。
堂上的教授过程由明到隐,特别是在感受新知识后的问题探究阶段,更应该让学生仁者见仁,智者见智地主动学习,使学生的主体意识充分地体现出来。
3、教法设计尽量做到灵活多样。
教师通过新鲜的刺激来引发学生的兴趣,创设愉悦的氛围,想方设法让学生通过各种活动获得学习的乐趣,唤起求知的欲望。
另外,我更注意情感的作用,把自己放在于学生平等的位置上,处处尊重他们,虚心向他们学习,同他们结成亲密的朋友和友好的学伴关系,这样学生才会全心全意地配合自己、支持自己,使自己的教学渐入佳境。

我认为真正好的教育应该是润物细无声的。尤其是我们的语文教学,更容易起到感染、熏陶作用。每篇文章都有它的精彩所在,我们应该引导学生发现这些精彩之处,用心去体会、揣摩,发现其中的美,发现那种美的表达方法。从而使学生爱上读文章,爱上欣赏,甚至希望并学会去表达。在这个过程中,学生自然能够了解文章的含义,吸取其中的精华,感悟文章的写法,达到从知识到精神的成长。

1、香山公园(Fragrant Hills Park)
The Fragrant Hills Park, about 30 kilometres northwest of Beijing, is one of the most favourite resorts in the city‘s outskirts. It covers an area of 160 hectares.
In 1186, in the Jin Dynasty, the Fragrant Hills Temple was built and terraces, pavilions and pagodas were added by the subsequent dynasties. The area was later converted into a park and was named the Park of Tranquility and Pleasure.
Along with Yuanmingyuan and the Surmmer Palace, the park was twice destroyed in 1860 and in 1900. The destruction was so serious that the reconstruction efforts made in the later years were never able to restore its original scale and splendour. After 1949, large-scale restoration took place and now the Fragrant Hills Park is a pop- ular place in late autumn for holiday-makers when the maple leaves redden. The brilliant foliage is the main attraction. No one is sure where the sumac trees originated. Legend has it that a south wind carried the seeds of the red-leaf trees to Beijing. Then the seeds survived, and as years passed they grew into a lovely forest. Another story goes that the sumacs were transplanted to the area by Emperor Qianlong (l736-l795) of the Qing Dynasty. In November, the frosted leaves of these trees, along with the persimmons and maples, spread over the Fragrant Hills like a thick red blanket. For two centuries, it has been a resort for the residents in Beijing.

Spectacles Lake
Built in l745, the Spectacles Lake actually consists of two ponds separated and spanned by a stone bridge. When the water reflects the sunlight, the twin lakes resemble a pair of spectacles, hence the name. On the shore is a small stone cave with a spring above it. The water drips down over the entrance of the cave, forming a water screen that freezes into icicles in winter.
Studio of Tranquil Heart
It was first built in mid-16th century under the Ming and was reconstructed in the Qing period. In the enclosure there is a large semi-circular pool in the shape of a heart. The studio was burned down in 1860 and was renovated after 1949.
Bright Temple

篇16:英语读写:英语朗读实战技巧
■ 读前准备 Pre-reading
这孩子进行朗读练习前,爸妈有必要提前做一下功课,把读物通读一遍,处理一下生词。一个是自己也不懂的生词,要查字典弄懂读音、语义,以免孩子朗读提问时措手不及,再手忙脚乱查字典,影响孩子朗读的节奏和情绪。另一个是估计孩子读不出的生词,倒不一定是不懂,可能孩子前期通过亲子共读、听小音箱等早教方法已经掌握了单词的读音和语义,就是没有见过单词本尊。对于这些单词,我会用铅笔在书上轻轻地划分一下音节,以便于孩子拼读。
对于常见的字母组合,我会把相同发音的单词写在旁边,帮助孩子复习巩固这一字母组合发音。
读中技巧 While-reading
正式开读了,还是亲子共读的姿势,以前是“爸妈读、娃看图”,这次改成孩子自己来读了。我们来看一下有哪些练习英语朗读的方式方法。
① 直接读
在我看来,练习英语朗读最好的方式就是让孩子直接读,翻开一本孩子从未读过的读物直接开读。遇到不认识的单音节单词,让孩子试着拼读,对多音节单词,爸妈先划分一下音节再让孩子试着拼读。大部分生词应该都是孩子听过的,只要能拼读出来,就立即明白了单词语义,基本不用翻译成中文解释。个别没有听过的单词,可能是中低频词,用“名词指着说、动词比动作、英语来解说”的方式进行解释(参见《大话绘本:亲子共读全攻略》),在生词上不要花太多时间,不要破坏孩子朗读的兴致,可以后期再进行巩固。
对于以前没有遇到过的生词,孩子能够通过尝试拼读正确了,爸妈可以说声“ Great”、“ Cool”、“ Awesome”之类鼓励一下。要知道,“听”和“读”是两个不同的过程,前者只是被动接受,后者需要意志力付出。对于孩子在朗读过程中的点滴进步,爸妈要不吝褒奖之辞,及时肯定和鼓励。
② 先听后读
很多爸妈喜欢让孩子跟着自己或者录音听一句读一句,其实这样不好,因为“跟读”不是读。为什么这么说?“跟读”其实是孩子用自己的短时记忆暂时记住了这句话的语音,再复述出来,他可能根本连书都不看,更不要说通过读音来拼读或通过字型来认读,这就完全背离了英语朗读训练的目的。脱离了爸妈的领读,孩子还是不会自己读。
那么什么时候可以“跟读”呢?当孩子发音不正确,重音、连读、断句等掌握不好,可以跟着原版音频跟读,以调整语音语调。在学习自然拼读的过程中,以及学习之后,用自然拼读读物练习拼读的时候,也可以练习跟读,以纠正语音语调。
还有一种情况,有的爸妈让孩子先“裸听”一遍读物配套原版音频,大致了解故事的内容,然后再开始进行朗读练习,这也是可以的。或者先听一章再读一章也行,但是不要听一句读一句。
③ 花式读法
我指娃读
超超朗读时经常会跳过个别词,或者自说自话把不认识的单词换成自己熟悉的词,虽然意思大致相近,但这还是需要逐渐改正的。我采用的纠正方法就是用指读的方式来辅助,不过不是他自己指,而是我指他读。
我的手指在容易读错的地方多停留一会儿,遇到长句子,手指在要断句的地方多停留一会儿。如果孩子偷换了单词,我会在那个单词下面划两下,提示他重读这个单词(这样比直接用语言纠正容易接受些)。同时,通过手指移动速度的快慢,来调整孩子朗读的节奏。当然,这只是个过渡方法,不希望对指读产生依赖,如果指读形成了习惯,进入到默读阶段会影响阅读速度。
比较好笑的是,超超是个急性子,让他急于想知道故事结果时,就会抓住我的手指迅速往后面滑。
娃读偶数页,我读奇数页
刚开始进行朗读练习时,孩子有畏难和偷懒心理,每天总为多读几页少读邮件跟我讨价还价。为了鼓励他开口朗读,我说:我来读偶数页,你读奇数页,这样总可以了吧?孩子对这样的朗读方式很好奇,于是答应尝试。
这种方式的好处是爸妈也参与到朗读练习中,产生互动,让孩子感觉“不是一个人在战斗”。有些生词第一次出现在奇数页,我的朗读等于为孩子做了预习,当这个单词再次出现在偶数页时,孩子也许就能很顺利地读出来,从而增强朗读的信心。
这样,一本书,爸妈读一半,孩子读一半。虽然读得少了点,总比不读强。好玩的是孩子还会跟你较劲儿,遇到你读奇数页时一大段文字、他读偶数页只有一句时,他觉得偷着了懒,占到了便宜,开心得要命。
分角色朗读
和分奇偶页朗读差不多。孩子分几个角色,爸妈分几个角色,旁白有谁负责朗读都指定好。这样能使枯燥的朗读略显趣味一些,激发孩子朗读的积极性。
这些花式读法只是一个缓冲,待孩子积累了足够的阅读词汇量,还是要逐步过渡到独立朗读的。
④ 关于纠正
孩子读错了要不要纠正,这是一个辩证的问题。纠正会让孩子改正错误的读法,下一次争取读对;但是也会挫伤孩子的阅读积极性。所以爸妈要根据具体情况,结合孩子的性格特征(内向或外向、顺从或叛逆),采取相应的对策。
关于纠正,我有三条原则,写出来供大家参考:
不纠正:为保护朗读积极性,对朗读中一些因注意力不集中而造成的口误不纠正,直接忽略。比如
- do not 读成 don't
- I'll 读成 I will
- “…” said Jack 读成 “…” Jack said
- the 漏读
- 名词复数 读成 单数
一般纠正:为保持朗读持续性,爸妈只是把孩子读错的单词用正确读音读法读一遍,孩子的朗读不中断。比如:
- 时态问题,如I swam 读成 I swim
- 第三人称单数问题,如Jack tries to 读成 Jack try to
刻意纠正:比较典型的错误,会影响孩子对词句正确含义的理解,不得已打断朗读,进行纠正和解释。
- quite 读成 quiet,虽然发音很接近,但也要中断朗读,和孩子解释这两个单词发音的细微区别。
- he is like me 读成 he like me,虽然只是漏读了is,但是like的含义改变了,原来作为介词,解释为“他像我一样”,现在变成“他喜欢我”(还漏掉了第三人称单数的s)

chie介绍说,第一轮面试一般由公司人力资源部的人员担任考官,他们会从你的个人简历出发,询问一些有关个人的问题,比如请你用英语做一个自我介绍。有些公司也会有一部分英语笔试,主要考查应聘者基本的语言运用能力。
第二轮面试则由部门主管经理出面,这时候有关业务方面的问题成了面试的重点,所以英语面试也从个人情况转向了专业领域。比如应聘市场部,则应聘者通常会被要求谈一谈以往最成功的一个案例,或者自身的业务强项等。
如果前面都很顺利,那么,最后一轮面试一般就是和公司的总裁面对面了。外企的总裁一般是老外,当然面试就变成全英语的了。总裁询问的问题一般会和公司的精神、企业文化有关。
二、面试中最需要自信
普华永道人力资源部经理姜周红介绍说,一般在进行英语面试时,多是希望考查应聘者听说读写的实际操作能力。小组讨论是英语面试的重要一环,一般来说,小组讨论形式的面试其目的主要是要了解应聘者在团体中的工作反应。进一步说,面试官更多的是希望了解应聘者面对指责的态度。
??姜周红说,在外企的面试中,除了笔试之外,面试中的英语部分以考查应用能力为主,所以应聘者在面试当中最需要的是自信、敢说。不妨尽量采用简短明了的词汇来表达自己的意思。另外,切忌在面试当中抬高自己贬低别人。回答问题尽量自然,并作为小组成员之一在自己的负责范围内答题,也不要重复其他应聘者的答案。说话要流利,思维要连贯,层次要清晰,不要夹杂中文,可以用“well”、“however”这样的过渡词来给自己停顿和思考,同时,也使得自己的表述显得口语化一些。
三、面试前了解一下企业文化
新橙英语培训中心专业商务面试课程教师chie建议说,学生的先期准备主要是个人情况和业务方面。专业英语的准备要充足,有时会被要求用英语解释一个专业术语或解答一个技术问题。所以,在面试前不妨去公司的英文网站了解一下企业文化,这对与老板面谈会有帮助的。
chie介绍说,英语面试目前的趋势是通常设在一个类似于接待室的地方,而非特别准备的会场,由2-3个人负责面试。
外国人作为考官进行面试时,由于他们与我们的思维方式、习惯以及文化有所差别,因此必须熟悉他们的理解方式和语言表达方式。不同公司对外语水平的要求不同,有的只具备用外语接听电话的水平即可,也有的要求用外语从事一般性工作。因此,应聘者必须准确了解应聘公司的外语使用程度和目的等信息后,再做出相应的对策。
四、英语面试实战指南
1、介绍教育背景:简明扼要,实话实说。尽管你在简历中对自己的教育背景作了介绍,但在面试时,面试官还有可能就此方面提问。还是事先做点准备吧。A表示Interviewer(面试者),B表示Applicant(求职者) 。

B?My major is Business Administration1. I am especially interested in“Marketing”。(不仅回答了问题,还顺带一句介绍了自己较为感兴趣的方面,简明扼要。)
