I. ideological and political aspects
In the teaching work of this semester, I have been engaged in English teaching from beginning to end with a serious and rigorous work attitude, diligent and persistent working spirit.I actively respond to the various calls from the school, actively participate in political studies, and seriously understand the content of the study, the teacher professional ethics as the criterion, strict self.Positive thinking, progressive, this semester, I am very honored by a party activists in the identity of others to join the party oath expressed his feelings, so the opportunity to have a more profound experience of the leadership of the party has been the partys infection. In teaching, teachers can do, care for students, to help students to learn English is full of enthusiasm and confidence, to a healthy and civilized image of words and deeds.

During the 15 days training period, I studied carefully, grasped the essence of the training, and learned advanced teaching concepts and teaching methods. At the same time, other English teachers on teaching materials and teaching methods, and at the back of our school and actively, to what I am learning habits to share with them, study, in order to raise the level of business.
Three, education and teaching work
Im teaching English for grade three this term.Experience tells me, for this years English teaching, if you do not seriously study teaching methods and learning methods, combined with teaching materials and the actual situation of students to teach, it will make students lose interest in learning english. If you have no interest, you wont learn English well. Therefore, I dare not neglect, the teaching work study hard, diligent research, to actively explore new teaching methods in practice, studying English classroom teaching, a profound understanding of the concept of the new curriculum, to inspire and cultivate students interest in learning English, self-made teaching, self songs and so on, so that students in a relaxed, pleasant in the atmosphere of learning and using the language, establish the confidence in learning English, focusing on the use of formative assessment in English teaching, and to summarize the experience, improve their level of scientific research.
Four, attendance, leave aspects.
I am in good education and teaching work at the same time, strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school. To deal with the relationship between work and personal good school year, no late once, do something to leave, to go to work every day, while the completion of the tasks of school, while preparing the teaching and learning of their professional knowledge. In the new year, I should be more diligent, do more for the school, and work harder to learn their own professional knowledge, so that their business level to a higher level.
Five, and strive to improve the direction.
1, strengthen the training of their basic skills, pay attention to the cultivation of students ability;
2, pay more attention to the poor students, love and patience, so that they have made greater progress in all aspects.
3, use various methods to train students to improve and concentrate their attention.
4, make great efforts in teaching and make great efforts to improve the students moral accomplishment.
In short, in the future work, I will work harder, improve their quality, strict demands on themselves, perfect self, with a hundred times confidence and efforts to meet the challenges of the future!

year-end is a good time to review your programs to get them ready for the next year. typically, this time of year things slow down due to the holidays you might have some time to focus on the recommendations below.
year-end recap
it is critical that you develop a year-end recap and send it out to as many people as possible.
this will let then know your successes as well as challenges in the past year. you can use this to brag about the successes, which can lead to more support as well as budget.
in addition, by outlining the challenges you may be able to motivate others to help and or make appropriate changes within their teams that will help you prevent
these problems.
annual traffic & sales review
reviewing your inbound traffic and conversions across the year to look for trends or new phrases is a great opportunity to identify new markets, keywords or countries that may have been overlooked in the monthly reviews.
when you look at the trends over an entire year you can often find months that are higher or lower than normal and can adjust your annual or quarterly plans to maximize these spikes.
keyword glossaries
often overlooked are company’s localization glossaries. these are master lists of word pairs that are used in machine translation and translation management tools. throughout the year, you may have done a lot of
keyword research and modeling that may need to be added to the glossary as well as words replaced with those which have more demand or better match searcher’s intent.
if any new products were added this year, they should be added to the glossary as well to make sure that the most relevant versions are integrated.
site-wide diagnostics
due the holidays at the end of the year, your workload may decrease giving time to review and clean up many of the common errors that accumulate in google and bing webmaster tools.
new year/new tactics lunch & learn
schedule a variety of lunch and learns with your various teams to update them on any new techniques and updates like avoiding panda penalties. it is often good to update any new employees that were added in the past few moths on the best practices they may not be aware of.
end of life products
especially if you managing search for a large company you should meet with the product teams to identify products that are no longer sold. it is common in larger companies and especially in consumer electronics that
as product reach their “end of life” for marketing they are removed from the site.
while they are no longer sold, they are still being used by consumers that will need replacement parts, services and hopefully upgrades. you can create a hybrid page that represents these options for
consumers and replace the previous product page to allow you to continue to capture those still interested in your products.
any of these can help find nuggets of opportunities that will help you look good in the first quarter. it will also help you to make budget justifications and support additional headcount or agency budgets for specific roles.
most importantly, you should have a good idea of the overall progress and what opportunities you have for improvement in the new year.

as draws to a close, a handful of air cargo leaders have taken the time to reflect on a tumultuous year. from supply chains ravaged by the japanese tsunami to economic instability permeating the u.s. and the eurozone, the airfreight industry has taken numerous hits throughout 2014. but can the lessons gleaned from these difficult times be used to avoid similar fates in the future?
in the final installment of the three-part series (view parts one and two here), hong kong air cargo terminals ltd. managing director mark whitehead and emirates airline’s divisional senior vice president, cargo, ram menen discuss the past year and their projections for 2014.
what was the most significant storyline of 2014?
mark whitehead: amid the japanese tsunami and its commercial aftershocks, the new zealand earthquake, squabbles with the
transportation security administration over deadlines to meet their heightened security requirements and the ongoing saga of surcharges, the dominant storyline for us in 2014 was falling tonnages on major routes — particularly those out of hong kong.
but we are not convinced that this swath of negative coverage is really justified — we feel there have been too many comparisons to 2014, leading to the impression that 2014 has turned out to be much worse than it should. in hactl’s own case, we could fall farther and yet still beat our previous peak of 2014, which would be no small
achievement.
2014 was a post-recession bounce fueled by global restocking, so it was always going to be hard to beat. but many in the air cargo
industry thought 2014 was a sign of even better things to come and budgeted for incremental growth in 2014. they now have a major problem.
ram menen: the market slowdown is, obviously, the topic that has dominated the industry. but what is most remarkable about 2014 is the number and diversity of factors that contributed to the slowdown. natural disasters, such as the tsunami in japan and the thai floods, were major events that not only impacted exports and imports in those countries directly, but also hit global supply chains. production lines in factories were halted due to the sudden shortage of vital components.
economic instability has also been a significant issue, with the various crises across europe and the politicalization of the deficit ceiling in the u.s. all rocking consumer confidence. we also can’t forget the
sustained high cost of fuel, which is an ongoing challenge for the air cargo industry. on the plus side, it was good to see the boeing 747-8f enter service, while the arab spring heralds a new beginning for many businesses in the region and will stimulate international trade.
what lessons have you learned in 2014 that will help you have a successful 2014?
menen: you can never trust forecasts. old rules don’t apply, and the new rules haven’t been written. the industry is becoming less
predictable every year, with more and more challenges arising. of course, the price of oil is always something we have to contend with, but, worryingly, natural disasters seem to be happening at a more frequent rate, while increasingly more national economies are
struggling. we are continually learning, and every challenge helps us become better prepared to manage whatever new challenges 2014 brings.
whitehead: as a relative newcomer to this industry (i became hactl’s managing director in september 2014), but a long-term observer of others while working at a senior level, i have quickly learned how sensitive air cargo is to the health of the global economy and how reactive it is to consumer demand.
air cargo is a business that can boom in response to the release of a single, new piece of consumer technology (i.e, the iphone 4, the latest
playstation or the kindle) or crash because fears of defaults in one small economy have threatened to upset the currency of 16 others. i now realize that the major strength of air cargo — its ability to respond to sudden changes in consumer demand — is also its major weakness. i’m developing the view that any prediction in air cargo is pointless if it’s based only on a recent or short-lived trend (like the one displayed in 2014), rather than the extrapolation of a long-term picture that has been proven right by history. you could say that this risks missing the next major opportunity, but i don’t think so. it avoids the equally serious risk of assuming lots of additional overhead that could quickly become a millstone if predictions fall short. history usually repeats itself, and long-term trends of the past, which incorporate past peaks and troughs, are a much better basis for predicting future trends. that alone is not enough, however. the trick is surely also to factor in additional growth from real prospects of business gains that are within your influence and consider the possible effects of any real or probable threats. but you must also accept that the short-term picture may still be impacted either positively or negatively by totally unforeseen events beyond our control. after all, that’s air cargo.

pingyao international photography festival
————the internship report as a volunteer
in september 19th, 2014, photographers , curators and shutterbugs from 45 countries witnessed the opening ceremony of the the 12thpingyao international photography festival . the theme of the festival is returning and exceeding. as a volunteer, i was honored to join this great project and really felt its excellence. and contacting exhibition work without distance enriched my horizon and enabled me to get a lot.on september 14th, 2014, i set out for pingyao, the host venue of the the 12thpingyao international photography festival, with other volunteers.
the night had shut in when we got to pingyao, the ancient city , which was named a famous historic and cultural city by the state council and was included in its list of world culture heritage by the unesco in . it was so beautiful that we expected to join the work and try our best to help the festival host successfully. lying on the heatable adobe sleeping platform enabled me think of our childhood.
as an english translator major student, our work was to communicate and do everything about foreigners. hosting this activity is a hard work because it includes lots of regular things as well as many unexpected things. our main tasks were three: first is to meet all of the foreign photographers and curators ;second is to help the foreign curators install, in addition to those, the important thing is to translate. of course there were lots of trifles. this report will introduce some personal experience from cross-cultural communication, translation and working abilities. i really hope that these experience can help students of translation major.
cross-cultural communication and translation
the next day morning, we got up very early. after breakfast, we got our own tasks. i was arranged to help an english couple who are famous photographers and curators organize and install. during these process, i needed to communicate with them and
knew their requirements and then conveyed their requirements to the workers. besides this, they were very kind and patient to introduce the thought of every work to me. that made me feelinterested in every work rather than only looking at the surface of every work.
the other thing was that i had helped the photographers and curators install for two days from singapore. during this proceed, i could feel the differences among singlish, chingish and english. it’s difficult for me to understand this kind of english, because we often listen to and practice american english and london english. therefore, we should listen to and practice various kinds of english. besides this, i also learned lots of singaporean culture and appreciated their precise style of working. another work i was assigned was to look after the foreign students, help them communicate with the boss of the hotel andother things. this was a a tedious process because different students had different requirements. but this was also a happy process because we are of the same age, have many common topics and we introduced our own culture to each other. and i also personally felt that the differences between chinese students and foreign students. they are very extroverted while most of us very introverted. during this process, we are not only ourselves but alsorepresent china . so we should improve ourselves and practice more, than convey our culture to the world.
working ability
one thing i have to refer, i was temporally arranged to meet a foreign photographer to the airport on the evening of september 18th. because of emergency, i knew little about of this photographer and didn’t prepare a big reception card. what’s worse, i didn’t find him after the airport had landed 20 minutes. i found everywhere of the airport but nothing. out of frustration, i turned to the airport broadcasting station for help. however, after several broadcasting,i couldn’t still find him. reluctantly, i only
couldseek help from the police but they were also helpless because there was a little information about him. at last i only came back with my guilty. that kept me up all night. it was worth being happy when i knew that photographer had arrived safely . the reason why we couldn’t meet him was that he missed the flight. however, i really learned a lot : how to cool myself and deal with things; how to return help; and know how important the preparation is. i really hope this little experience can warn you and improve our working abilities during the daily life.
conclusion
during these days, we shuttled in every exhibition areas and helped foreigners solve some language problems. we communicated with each other ,made them know exhibition , know pingyao, know shanxi and know china. so i made following conclusion:
(1) read more books and accumulate more knowledge not only in english but also in chinese.
(2) listen to various kinds of english, and improve our identification abilities.
(3) learn how to communicate with others and improve our social abilities and quick reaction abilities.
reviewing these days, time was short, but very full; hard, but very happy. as an translator, it was helpful and useful for me to have chances to practice. and this practice made me know that it’s difficult for a translator . we need to accumulate a lot , convey a lot. besides translations, we need to convey our culture ,our spirit to the world.
pingyao international festival has left me a deep and a good impression, i think we these silent volunteers who work in this exhibition must also leave his mark on the exhibition.

DELL to work for nearly a year. Also learned a lot of knowledge and technology. The most important is to learn the job and working attitude.
1.When beginning to DELL. Is a very strange environment for anything. Don't know. It's also met so many questions. For me, the best way is to put the record TROUBLESHOOTING. Every time a new problems that are organized into their notes or document that appear similar problems can quickly after the solution.
2.When customers coming. TT I would first send mail to inform customer if I were to restart type or shutdown would first and customers confirmation DOWNTIME. To solve the problem. If the problem is I will notify to the OWNER problem. When there is progress of SERVER to BUILD. Found a very efficient way is to support the DHCP. Premise. Visit ALTRIS SERVER in the SERVER list ALTRIS DRAC through ISO files. Connect to ISO and then BUILD do in the local computer by REMOTE control DRAC open again. I.e. ARTIRS SERVER effect is starting to ISO files. ALTRIS SERVER must correspond to the local LAB or DC) such as dalian and xiamen corresponding XMN2MAX01 is local computer is open and REMOTE control operated interface. Reduced pressure ARTIRS SERVER. Don't need ARTIRS in the SERVER remotely operated for four SERVER startup. Is no problem. I tested. Plus, if network AUDIT and CONFIG without problems or hardware. Within one day after can be successfully completed 8 sets the REMOTE SERVER BUILD.
3.When there is a problem. The methods to solve the problems actually there will be many. But only one best way. When problems arise when the work under simple analysis process. Make a clear, and efficiency of working process is very important. But must be good at summing up. Many SERVER broken, for example, memory and disk after such a motherboard hardware problems. Under normal circumstances should be to apply for to buy new again, but can be found in the SERVER these home before the SERVER can provide the corresponding hardware REPLACE (premise is to REPLACE the hardware specifications must match.) this is neither can solve problems can also reduce unnecessary costs. Dalian on the SERVER is so many home in the SERVER drop again.
4.When faced with a new problem didn't know how to solve. Absolutely not relying on their ideas or experience to do. To understand must consult the expert predecessors. Only in this way can we know what to do, why do, what to do good to others. When will consult the euphemism polite people not to ask.
5.In this year. Do yourself. Research job is LINUX operating system and the VMWARE has been my pursuit of the path and ideals. If there is a chance for DELL. Will IT do in a proficient LINUX VMWARE senior engineer.
6.I didn't finish all the training. I'll try to attend the training must be on hand. If no matter the job. I'll pick out some additional training and career development to help me to attend.
Finally DELL. Thank you very much for me to let me in good chance landings study and work here. Thank you for the recognition and KENNIE me at work all the people who helped me. I'll work harder to make their own contribution to DELL.
Up and down the chain of command, year-end performance reviews fill people with dread or with resentment, and very rarely with joy. Both the givers and the receivers spend a lot of time on the reviews, yet they generally see them as an empty exercise. After all the procedural T’s are crossed and the I’s dotted, it takes people skills to get a real return on investment from this important, labor-intensive process. Leaders need to set an example by turning a ritual into a productive effort.
This column addresses giving a review. In a subsequent article I’ll tackle how to get the most out of receiving a review. Both articles aim to challenge you to shift your focus to the emotional experience on both sides of the table, and to increase the payback from year-end reviews by developing some key psychological skills.
The organizational barriers to having productive year-end reviews can be formidable. The tight link between reviews and compensation discourages openness and honesty. Managers at all levels may think as much about their organization’s needs as about individual performance when they do the reviews. For example, interdepartmental rivalries can force a kind of uniformity on your reviews as you try to do the best you can for your people in terms of compensation. If your organization’s culture discourages open and honest feedback (“we don’t do warm and fuzzy”), you may feel constrained to just focus on the numbers. Anything else might make you feel like an outlier and make your direct report feel singled out and anxious.
But even in an unfavorable organizational environment there are things you can control to get more from the process. By better understanding the experience on a gut emotional level and working on some key psychological skills, you can create a more useful experience and become a better leader in the process.
Ideally, the year-end review is all about the employee’s development. As a leader committed to optimal performance, you understand the importance of the fit between an employee’s skills, talents, and career goals and his or her organizational role. When you know how best to connect the arc of individual development with the direction of your organization, you form a partnership for growth with the employee. This partnership depends on candid feedback on the individual’s performance, your identification of personal and organizational barriers to better performance and your ongoing availability to help remove those barriers.
Managers commonly get derailed from the ideal developmental focus in year-end reviews by their own personal psychological challenges. It happens in these ways:
--Conflict avoidance: A fear of conflict can lead you to avoid difficult--and also meaningful--performance discussions with your subordinates. That fear of conflict can arise from deep-seated personal issues, a lack of skills for managing conflict or both.
--Need for approval: A strong need for approval often goes hand in hand with conflict avoidance. Managers approach their roles as a vehicle for acceptance and admiration more often than is commonly acknowledged. If you seek affirmation from your employees, even unconsciously, you may be sacrificing longer-term development and performance in favor of short-term comfort and acceptance. At the same time, your inability to put your own needs aside makes it difficult to earn subordinates’ trust and respect.
--Mistrust: Your overall mistrust of people and their motives may make you think that employees don’t want to hear corrective feedback, can’t take it in and won’t use it constructively. If you have a high level of mistrust, you may be convinced that people in general are incapable of changing, are motivated by fear and learn only by being punished.
--Lack of self-awareness: An inability to acknowledge your own motives and goals for the year-end review can mean mixed messages for your employees, sabotaging the process. For example, by denying your own negative feelings toward a subordinate, you may force the review into a developmental framework that’s frustrating for both you and the employee, who really needs to be managed out of the organization. At the other extreme, you could be hijacked by your own feelings of disappointment or envy and end up attacking an employee.
Work on the following core psychological skills and you will increase the benefit you and your employees get from the reviews you must give this year:
--Empathy: I take empathy to mean an accurate understanding of another’s emotional experience. Empathy toward your employees starts with your reviewing your own experiences receiving feedback. It always pays to be able to put yourself in the other person’s shoes. Be guided by an understanding that people generally overestimate their own performance. We humans are hard-wired to maintain a positive self-image, and we tend to reject painful criticism. Your empathy increases when you deliberately seek to grasp what motivates people, what career goals are most important to them, what kind of standards they set for themselves and how they react to not living up to those standards. Empathy will enable you to craft each review message in a way that motivates each person to grow.
--Trustworthiness: Without trust, the year-end review is dead on arrival. The effective review depends on trust; it is also a prime opportunity to build trust. Work on your trustworthiness to make the review process more productive for all concerned. Do you consistently have your employees’ best interests in mind? Do you follow through on your commitments to facilitate their development? Will you act in ways that go beyond your self-interest? Take time to look in the mirror and consider whether others see you as trustworthy.
--Self-knowledge: It isn’t easy to keep your own personal likes and dislikes out of your objective assessment of someone else’s work, achievements or failures. You need to be scrupulously honest with yourself, confronting your own needs, motives and biases whenever you approach your employees. Take the time to reflect on your own experience receiving reviews to guide you to a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses in the process. When you have strong personal feelings about an employee, you may want to consult trusted colleagues to get a different perspective.
Going at the year-end performance review ritual with a fresh psychological perspective is a quick way to increase your payback from all the hours you will spend writing, reviewing and delivering important information. This year, acknowledge the strong emotions reviews elicit in you, as the giver, and in each person who receives the formal feedback. Develop your own empathy, trustworthiness and self-knowledge to enable yourself to strike a better balance between the evaluative and developmental aspects of the review. Your skill in laying out a path for better performance, identifying the employee’s core barriers to achieving his or her performance goals and providing ongoing assistance will enable you to both get the most from year-end reviews and grow as an authentic leader.
