高三语文复习计划
1.早上6点-8点
一日之计在于晨，对一般人来说，疲劳已消除，头脑最清醒，体力亦充沛，是学习的黄金时段。可安排对功课的全面复习。
2.早上8点-9点
据试验结果显示，此时人的耐力处于最佳状态，正是接受各种“考验”的好时间。可安排难度大的攻坚内容。
3.上午9点-11点
试验表明这段时间短期记忆效果很好。对“抢记”和马上要考核的东西进行“突击”，可事半功倍。
4.正午1点-2点

如何制定自己的高三复习计划
一、个人计划服从于学校、班级大计划
不管是学校计划还是我们的个人计划都是为了我们更好的复习，在时间安排上可能有矛盾，但个人计划活动时间尽量在班级计划以外的时间安排。
二、保证常规学习，利用自由时间
常规学习时间主要用来完成老师当天布置的学习任务，“消化”当天所学的新知识。自由学习时间是指完成了老师布置的学习任务后所剩下的归自己支配的学习时间。
在自由学习时间内，一般可以做两件事：补课和提高。
补课，指弥补自己学习中的不足;
提高，指深入钻研，发展自己学习的优势和特长。
三、长计划和短安排
实际的学习生活千变万化，往往不好预测，所以长远计划不能订得太具体，不可能这个月就把下个月每天干什么全都列出来。但是，下个月在学习上应解决哪几个主要问题，心中应当有数。
而本月的第一个星期要解决什么问题，第一个星期每天干什么，就应当具体些。这样安排以后，在每天学习时，心中就会明白今天的学习任务在学习全局中的地位，有了具体的短安排，长远计划中的任务可以逐步得到实现;有了长远计划，又可以在完成具体学习任务时，具有明确的学习目的。
四、从实际出发
制定计划时不要脱离学习的实际情况。什么是学习的实际呢?
首先是自己的知识基础。基础好，就要拓宽加深进一步提高，基础差，就要查漏补缺巩固基础。
其次是自己的接受能力。能做到什么程度就订到什么程度，任务不能太多，要求不可太高，应做到量力而行。每个阶段，能提供自由学习的时间有多少，应量时而订。还要结合老师的教学进度而订。
五、计划要留有余地
计划的活动内容和时间安排往往与后来的实际不完全吻合。
例如，某个阶段有的学科难度大，作业多，这样计划中的常规学习时间就会增加，而自由学习时间就会减少。计划中的学习任务就可能完不成。所以，为了保证计划的实现，在订计划时必须留有余地，以便适时调整。
六、经常对照，及时调整
计划订好之后，要贴在显眼的地方，经常对照，检查自己的执行情况。如果完成任务很轻松，余地较大，可以考虑进度加快一点。如果没有按计划完成任务，要分析是什么原因，对症下药，采取措施。必要时可调整计划，降低标准，减慢速度，使计划切实可行，为学习服务。
高三语文复习方法
(1)、基础知识
字音辨析题要落实三个内容：形近字的读音，多音字的读音，容易误读字的读音等。
成语俗语的复习的立足点是要正确理解成语俗语的整体意义，不要望文生义，同时要注意语境的组合与搭配情况及感情色彩使用等。该知识点的复习无捷径可言，平时对成语俗语多加积累了，考试就容易过关。
病句的复习一定要按照《考纲》上规定的六种类型来进行。
(2)、古代诗文的复习
①、文言文的复习——注重课本
文言文的考查，无论是实词、虚词、文句理解，还是语段翻译，各个知识点的考核无一不是源自课本，可见，文言文复习首先要复习好课本。
需要一提的是，首轮复习要专门练一练文言翻译题和断句题。这里面要求同学们有一定知识积累，因为在翻译过程中有可能涉及词类活用、一词多义、重点虚词、省略句、被动句、倒装句等问题，给分点都是重点的词法、句法。对于这些，同学们在第一轮复习中必须做归纳整理，防止望文生义，以今释古。
②、诗歌鉴赏的复习
对于诗歌的鉴赏，同学们普遍感到难度较大。复习时一定要处理好三个问题：一是阅读古诗词，要先解决语言的转换问题，扫除解读赏析中的障碍，然后做其他的题目。因此，首轮复习时积累一定量的古诗词就显得尤为必要了。二是要全面了解试题的命制类型和出题设问的角度等，做到心中有数。三是要形成清晰的答题思路和答题模式。
(3)、现代文阅读复习
现代文阅读分为两种，一种是科技类，包括自然科学与社会科学;一种是文学作品，以小说、散文为主。科技文阅读，因为它的科学性、知识性和逻辑性比较突出，复习备考要训练整体把握材料的能力。同时，答题时要能很快找到相对应的阅读区间。
文学作品，虽然不同作品表现的思想内容、艺术效果不同，但其解读方法大同小异，这就要求我们了解一些常规的解读方法。例如，整体把握，以文解文;读懂题目要求，明确答题角度。
对于现代文阅读的复习，要注意一下两点：
①、掌握解题步骤
解答现代文阅读，根据我的经验，可以分为五个步骤进行：
A、粗读文章：可以采取节读和跳读的办法，在这个步骤中只要能做到了解该文章的文体、内容、主题等就可以了。
B、细读题目：认真阅读题目要求，仔细审读题目的分点要求。
C、精读文段：根据题目，在文章中找到相对应的文段，精读找到相关的语句。
D、筛选语句：在相关的语句中筛选出重要的语句。
E、重组语句：根据所筛选的语句，再运用自己的语言对之进行重组，做为自己的答案。
②、掌握现代文阅读题的答题技巧
A、分点作答：在考试中在写答案时，要分开要点进行作答，最忌讳用很长的语句做为答案。
B、据分分点：现代文阅读的答案，赋分标准大多是采取的一点一分的形式，因此，可以根据该题目的分值来判断该题目应该有几个小点。
(4)、语言运用
扩展语句，压缩语段，选用、仿用、变换句式，这些都是近几年来受到高度重视并具有鲜明特色的题目。针对这些表达方面的能力点，在第一轮复习时，同学们应以高考题为线索，组织小专题训练，逐个进行复习。
扩展语段是突出重点，压缩语段是要抓住要点。“仿写”要注意题干要求，分析仿写例句，确定句式特点和表现手法，同时还要兼顾材料里的思想内容。下笔时要注意与仿写对象同类，修辞手法要合情理，语言要连贯得体。当然最近高考中也出现了一些新的语言运用的新题型，譬如，对联、标语、主题词、看图说话等，对于这些新题型，大家也要多加关注。
(5)、作文备考——“先死后活”
首轮作文复习应遵循规范行文的原则，即作文备考要先“死”。
1)、“死”包括两点：
①、是文体规范。在作文备考中应该确立自己的一个主打的文体，把这一种文体练得很纯熟。每个学生必须找到自己最擅长的文体，在以后的写作训练中严格抓这种文体的训练，务必做到“招之即来，来之能战，战之能胜”。
②、结构合理。学生作文要结构合理、层次清楚、观点鲜明，让阅卷教师能很迅捷地抓住自己的文章思路，理解文章大意，给阅卷老师一个良好的印象，从而能得到理想的分数。
(2)、“活”的意思就是，力求把文章写得精彩，有新意，有深度。同学们在写作中一定要多结合社会热点、焦点，多关注名人名篇，同时在作文的命题、立意、文体、谋篇布局、文采各个方面一一去突破、创新。

Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to be. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress, in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a choice between ”flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the difference between life or death.The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and heart diseases have established links with stress.
