记者：从青岛到郑州，从成都到重庆，签名售书为什么选择在高校?
唐骏：我最想把我职业生涯的感悟跟大学生交流，让他们知道我的成功是可以复制的。
记者：“打工皇帝”实则是立于职场金字塔塔尖的人，绝大多数人处在塔下，将来仍有大量大学毕业生也会处在塔下，你想对他们说些什么?
唐骏：我总结了职场新人三部曲：
一，勤奋是最需要的态度。如果你是新员工，你必须勤奋，哪怕作秀也要显得勤奋。最基本的一条每天比领导来得早，走得晚。
二、有技巧地勤奋。勤奋有两种，初级阶段的勤奋，努力做事情，第二种是有智慧的勤奋，知道哪方面的工作是重点。没有找到技巧就用基础性的勤奋，无论什么情况投机取巧是绝对不允许的。
三、主动去做不属于你的工作。职场人都有一个普遍心理：又没有多余的回报，就那么一点工资，为什么要多做事?其实这关乎你对于回报大小的期待值。天道酬勤，只要你付出，就一定会有回报。职场人最大的两个敌人一是懒惰，二是贪婪。
我们都是普通人，凭什么成功来眷顾你?就是要靠勤奋，普通人超越自我，靠勤奋;超越别人，靠勤奋。
学历门始于虚荣心作怪
记者：可能在一定时期内，媒体都会问及“学历门”事件，你现在是怎样的心态?反感吗?
唐骏：我不会反感。学历**已经过去三年了，我依然被很多人质疑，我并不抱怨他们。
这场**始于自己虚荣心作怪，需要一个博士光环。回国，我在所有的简历上写着“分别在中国、日本和美国获得学士、硕士和博士学位”，一直没有给公众一个完整清晰的学历。各种误解、误读，责任在我。
大学生创业不能光靠热情
记者：离开新华都买下港澳资讯股权，从职业经理人变成投资人，此前，你当了多年打工皇帝，为什么没有早早出来为自己打拼?现在有些学生一毕业就嚷着要创业做老板，你对此有什么建议?
唐骏：现在我的身份也还是职业经理人，只是我们团队拥有公司的控股权。
进微软之前我曾开过三家公司，最后都放弃了。马云、俞敏洪的创业经历让无数青年人膜拜，但我想说创业不能光靠热情，大学生不能在没有准备好的情况下盲目创业。
创业前要做些什么准备，我认为是要考虑好商业模式、组建好团队、拥有核心技术，创业者还要具备一个良好的心态。创业是“1”和“0”的关系，要么成功，要么失败。而职业经理人是不断地爬楼梯，对于大多数人来说更适合于爬楼梯。
记者：你的孩子是90后，即将面临就业，你会建议他做怎样的选择?

记者：刚刚完成的新书《重新出发》是你第一本自传，你是否想通过它来宣告你将华丽转身?
唐骏：之前的书都是我口述别人整理的，《重新出发》是我离开新华都后，花4个月的时间完成的，是我职场生涯和50年的人生感悟。其实，我把每一次换工作都当成“从新出发”。
我的人生感悟主要有7点：一是执着，因为执着我拿到了北广留学名额，在大学里追到了校花，让比尔盖茨给我回了信。二是勤奋。一个人没有了勤奋，我相信他离成功会非常非常遥远。一个人成功了，如果他还依然勤奋的话，我相信他会从成功走向更加成功。三是感恩，保持回馈的心理，感恩是一种境界。四是关爱下属。五是阳光心态，放大别人的优点。六是永远热爱挑战。最后是有好的性格，但好性格不等于没有个性。

第三听。如果听不懂英语我们就很难和外国人交流，所以听力也是个不可忽视的重点，我的高考就被听力狠狠地拉了后腿，现在都在猛补，听力是不是一两天就能提高的，除了练习听力题外要明白不是为考试而去练习听力的，所以做好是听下英文的广播，这样提升速度更快。
第四写。俗话说得话，好记性不如烂笔头，我们看见新的单词就要多写，因为就算一时能记住，但也不能保证以后会不会往，毕竟英语单词太多。还有新的语法最好就写进自己的作文里，这样印象更深刻，就会更好的用到实际中去。
