在生活中，要想获得成功，创新是必不可少的，但是，缺少了继承，创新便会成为无源之水，无本之木。这样，便难以成功。

近日，国际比基尼小姐大赛选手身穿比基尼并以传统戏曲扮相出现的照片引发热议。有网友称这是“糟蹋国粹”，也有观点认为是创新。组委会回应称本意在于弘扬中华文化，决无糟蹋京剧想法。头饰让选手更有东方韵味，也向世界传递东方美感。

创新?何以为创新?创新，并不是所谓的闭门造车，不是靠自己的主观臆造去随意地瞎编乱造，而是要注意继承前人优秀的成果，在别人正确的理论指导下创新才会显得更有意义。英国17世纪的科学巨匠牛顿发现了万有引力定律和运动的三大定律，创新不可谓不丰富。可当别人问及他为什么会取得如此的成绩时，他说：“如果说我看得更远一些，那是因为我站在了巨人的肩上。”虽然这只是一时谦虚之词，但细细想来，如果没有伽利略夜观星空，如果没有第谷数十年如一日研究天体的运行规律，那么牛顿想要总结出物体运行的三大定律，似乎要大费周折了。可见，传统和创新是不可分的，只有在取其精髓，去其糟粕的传统中创新才是可取的。

但对于有些人，高考却是一条“不归路”而且是一条路走到黑，因此我们总该看看高考之外的地方，说不定我们更适合那里的方式，也可以得到的更多，

在高考之外，我们可以完全释放那被一成不变的知识压制了许久的想象力和创造力，去开创自己的空间，比如那些早早地就进入了社会的人，即使他不如我们知识面广，但等我们几年大学生活结束以后，他们却早已适应了社会，融入了社会。
