篇9：学习倡议书
市民、农民朋友们：大家好！
学不可以已，这句话是中国古代大思想家荀子在其《劝学》一文中开宗明义的一句话。意思是说学习不可以停下来，学习伴随人的终身，学无止境。中华民族自古以来就是一个重学习重教育的民族，从结绳记事到口耳相传，从官学太学到私塾书院，从举孝廉到考科举，从垄断教育到有教无类，再到百年大计教育为本，从孔子到朱熹，无不流淌着学习教育之光，无不践行着从精英学习精英教育向大众化平民化学习教育的渐进，劝人要学习要终身学习，劝世要教育要终身教育。发出“教育兴、则国运兴，学习盛、则民运盛”的历史昭告。
大哲学家庄子说“学海无涯，吾生亦有涯”。于是诗人屈原就吟唱道“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”。先人的一切便凝结为平民大众话语：“活到老，学到老”。
如今我们处在一个何样变化的时代啊？地球变小了，我们称之为地球村。山高人为峰，我们可以垂直徒步登上8848.13米高峰。人的足迹在地球村里无处不至，我们开发南极北极，据说化15万人民币可以到南极一游。我们人类可以上天入太空，可以在浩瀚的宇宙里行走，又据说化50万左右人民币可以预订到太空一游观察宇宙从星外看地球。钻地我们人类能穿万米以解地球内部黑洞之谜。蛟龙号在马里亚纳海沟可以下潜7000米，对大海认知不断清晰起来。大型计算机天河2号实际测试超过32千万亿次每秒，人类认识人和自然的能力和水平空前。
城市化、信息化、国际化、现代化汹涌澎湃。但是人个体、人类、人类社会同时又面临着许许多多的迷茫、困惑和难题。在自然灾害、疾病面前又是显得那样的脆弱。在人际间、人自身纠缠着许多难以解决的矛盾冲突。社会面临着经济、政治、文化等发展的瓶颈。一切都在变，可以说日新月异，一日千里啊。我们一不留神就落后了，就无知了，就困惑迷茫。那我们必须以变应变，那就是要学习，以终身学习来改变自己，有话说得好学习创造机遇，知识改变命运。穷则变、变则通、通则久。子曰：“好学近乎智”，即好学即是智慧。立身百行，以学为基。
每一个人在大潮面前只能顺应而非逆流而动，顺之者进步发达，逆之者落后淘汰。教育、科技、养生是人类未来社会的三大支柱，而教育学习是核心，教育学习是人生核心活动。“读万卷书、行万里路”将成为每个个体的坚定信念和自觉行动。这是实现中国梦不竭的动力源泉。
市民朋友们、农民朋友们，今天在此我们真挚的向广大朋友发出倡议，请每个人放下包袱、抛开成见、丢下顾虑、激发热情，积极的参加到全民终身学习的活动中来吧，在这场运动中我们失去的是无知的锁链，获得的是整个世界。在这里我们倡导大家“人人皆学、处处可学、时时能学”。人不分老幼男女，地不分城乡东西南北，时不分昼夜长短。不以物喜，不以己悲，坚信天生我材必有用，开动一切能动性，砺学砺行，学而不厌；我们倡导大家自主学习，渐进学习。子曰：学而不思则惘，思而不学则殆。
要把学习与思考结合起来。求学之道，当博学之，审视之，慎思之，明辨之，如蚕之嚼桑而吐丝，似蜂之采花而酿蜜。铭记积土成山、积水成渊、积善成德，不积跬步、无以致千里，不积小流、无以成江海，功在不舍、锲而不舍的劝学道理。
我们倡导大家合作学习。独学而无友，则孤陋寡闻也。三人行，必有我师。海纳百川有容乃大。
莫道君行早，踏遍青山人未老，风景这边独好。云和，一个美好的地方，我们生于斯，长于斯，梦于斯。我们有豪迈的话语：与珠穆朗玛峰同纬度，与祖国首都北京同经度。在打造中国山水童话休闲旅游城的实践中，需要我们云和万众的素质和智慧，大张旗鼓的开展全民终身学习活动是这一实践的必由之路。星星之火，可以燎原，只要我们每个人都动起来，那么我们云和全民终身学习活动将会发出万丈光芒，云和的梦想会更美好。
篇10：学习倡议书
亲爱的老师们同学们：
张丽莉是佳木斯市第十九中学的语文代理教师。在20xx年5月8日的交通事故中，面对失控冲来的客车，毅然推开学生而身受重伤，致使双腿截肢。她是青年教师的杰出代表，是社会主义道德风尚的模范典型，是当代青年的学习楷模。为此，校工会团委发出倡议，号召广大师生向张丽莉学习。
要学习她舍己救人的高尚情操。张丽莉同志面对生死考验，毫不犹疑，奋不顾身救助学生。她用实际行动弘扬了中华民族的传统美德。全体教师要像她那样以对党和人民高度负责的态度，在急难险重任务面前和生死考验关键时刻站得出来，冲得上去，随时准备为党和人民献出一切，不怕牺牲。
要学习她争创一流的进取精神。张丽莉同志对待工作一丝不苟，不懈追求。在工作后的短短几年间就先后在赛教、青年教师汇报课等活动中取得优异成绩。全体教师要像张丽莉那样以对工作学习极端认真的精神，不甘人后，勇于争先，树一流目标，干一流工作，创一流业绩。
要学习她无私奉献的大爱情怀。张丽莉同志始终用爱心感染身边的每一个人。她主动照顾生病的同事并帮忙料理家务，用微薄的收入资助困难学生，在手术后为数不多的清醒时间里，还向医生请求先抢救受伤学生，最关心的依然是能否重回讲台。全体师生要学习她助人为乐的崇高品格，力所能及帮助周围人，为社会送温暖，切实为人民群众办好事、办实事。
要学习她爱岗敬业的职业操守。张丽莉始终对教育事业无比忠诚。她对所承担的教学任务尽职尽责、兢兢业业，用她全部的热情和勤奋进取铺设了无悔的从教之路。全体教师要像她那样以强烈的责任感和使命感，干一行，爱一行，不计较个人得失，以满腔的热情做好本职工作；全体学生也要像她一样学一行钻一行，一心一意，矢志不渝，搞好学习。
希望广大师生深入宣传和学习张丽莉的先进事迹，发扬大爱无私、乐于奉献、努力拼搏的精神，以奋发进取的精神状态和昂扬向上的饱满士气投身到工作和学习中去，为将我校创建成国家级示范校而努力！

篇11：学习倡议书
全体师生：
大家知道，《z晚报》连续一个星期发了寻找“最美送书女孩”的报道，最后终于找到了，她就是我们学校初三（4）的z同学。z同学在书店发现江大造老人喜欢一本《三字经》却因为钱的缘故最终没买，恋恋不舍离开书店，她主动掏钱买下追上老人将书送给老人。无意中的送书善举，感动了84岁的江大造老人，老人在我们学校门口蹲守八天，在大家的帮助下才找到了z同学。她的善举感动了浔城，感动了赣鄱大地。江西电视台来了，市委宣传部获悉后，提名z同学为z市第三届“十大道德模范”人物。
z同学的善举是我们学校“崇真、尚善、求美、博爱”校训的体现，是学校提倡做真的追寻者、善的传播者、美的创造者、爱的践行者的体现，是中华民族道德追求的体现。在此，特向全校师生发出倡议，向“最美送书女孩”z同学学习，弘扬中华民族传统美德：
一、学习z同学，做一个助人为乐的人。社会是一个大家庭，营造团结和谐的人际关系，需要每一个公民共同付出努力。让我们学习她与人为善、助人为乐的美德，真情实意地去尊重他人、关心他人，倾心倾力地去扶贫帮困、关注公益，积极热情地去参与各种志愿服务活动，共同建设我们温馨和谐的家园。

大家好！
5月8日，佳木斯市第十九中学女教师张丽莉，为救学生自己被车轮碾压，造成全身多处骨折，双腿高位截肢，至今仍躺在重症监护室。“最美教师”张丽莉的事迹传遍了华夏大地，中共中央政治局委员、国务委员刘延东同志，省委书记吉炳轩同志分别做出重要指示，要求全力以赴做好救治工作，并要求新闻媒体大力宣传报道张丽莉大美大爱的英雄事迹，在全省开展向张丽莉学习的活动；同时，教育部授予张丽莉老师“全国优秀教师”荣誉称号，号召全国广大教师和教育工作者向张丽莉老师学习。
面对失控汽车的奋力一推，这是张丽莉老师长期以来形成的爱岗敬业、教书育人的崇高职业精神及忠于党和人民，忠于教师职责的坚定信念瞬间升华。她以自己的实际行动生动地表现了一名人民教师慈母般的大爱胸怀，展现了纯洁无私的大美形象，体现了中华民族高尚的道德情操，她是龙江的骄傲，教师的楷模，更是人民的表率和伟大的时代英雄。
为此，我们七台河职业学院思想政治理论教研部的全体教师向全体教师及青年学生发出倡议：
学习张丽莉老师爱岗敬业、乐于奉献的敬业精神。张丽莉是忠于教育的好老师。据悉，为了带好毕业班，她心甘情愿选择先不要孩子，全部身心放在工作上，充分体现了对教育事业的执着热爱，我们要学习她忠诚人民的教育事业，淡泊名利，乐于奉献的敬业精神，我们要象张丽莉老师一样，以热情向上的职业理想引导学生，人人争做勤业敬业、群众满意的模范。
