篇6：怎么办理出国签证

签证是指一个国家主管机关在本国或外国公民所持有的护照上签注、盖印，表示准其出入本国国境，持有有效护照的我国公民，不论因公或因私出国，除了前往同我国签订有互免签证协议的国家外，事先均须获得前往国家的签证。签证一般做在护照上，和护照同时使用。未建交国，通常将签证做在另纸上，称为另纸签证，与护照同时使用。

一、签证的种类签证的种类很多。世界各国签发给外国人的入境签证，一般可分为外交签证、公务签证和普通签证。有的国家还有礼遇、旅游、非移民及移民签证。根据入出境情况还分别发给入境签证、入出境签证，出入境签证或过境签证。出境签证，只许出境;入境签证即准许持证入境，如需出境，须再申办出境签证;出入境签证，可以出境，也可以再入境;入出境签证，可以入境，也可以出境;多次入出境签证，在证件有效期内可多次入出境;过境签证，只许在限定时间内在指定的入出境口岸经过国境，一般不得前往其它地区。有的国家还根据入境事由把签证分为探亲签证、留学生签证、定居签证、工作签证、旅游签证明等。

二、签证的有效期、有效次数签证的有效期各国颁发护照和签证的机关，对不同的签证，规定不同的有效期限。签证的有效期不得超过护照的有效期。签证的有效期一般为1个月、3个月、半年或1年以上，也有的签证有效期不足1个月;过境签证的有效期一般较短，大多在1周以内。持证人必须在签证明规定的期间内入、出或过境。签证过期必须重新申办。到美国留学可到北京、上海、沈阳等地美国驻华大使馆或领事馆申办签证。签证的有效次数签证除了有一定的有效期限外，还规定有效次数。有的签证一次有效，即这个签证明使用一次后就失效;有的.签证两次有效，有的签证明多次有效。

误区一换本新护照就可抹去过去的记录

有人出国留学签证被拒之后，以为换本新护照就没了拒签记录，其实不然，所申办的新护照上会说明这本护照是根据第一本转发的，当签证官看到这一类护照，或查明过去的记录，会认为这是一种隐瞒过去真实经历的不诚实行为，通常不会放给签证，

误区二 “活护照”肯定好用

人们普遍认为，在申请英、美等国家的留学签证之前，如果有日本、韩国、新加坡等第叁国的成功出入境记录，就把自己的护照做“活”了，“活护照”对日后再申请日、韩等国的签证肯定会有帮助。可是，英、美这样的国家是不会以他国的签证作参考的。

误区三已经留学在外，却想在国外办第叁国的中途转学签证

如果没有充分的、真实的理由，在他国申请第叁国签证的做法会令人费解，基本都不会成功，因为按照西方国家的主要签证法规，通常应回到本国重新申请办理新的留学签证。

误区四留学计划不合理

以为只要有国外院校的入学通知书就能签证。那么，你对自身的留学计划有足够的认识吗?你的留学计划合乎常规逻辑吗?只要有一点说明不好，签证官就会认为，你的留学态度不认真，留学目的不明确，你没有留学的必要性。

误区五随意转换申请国家

申请人有别的国家的拒签记录，在短期内又申请他国的签证，明显说明你留学的目的是出国，而不是学习，这种不严肃的出国态度，对签证没有任何好处。

误区六套用以往的或他国的签证经验来办理签证

通常签证政策半年左右一变，不同的国家有不同的签证政策。有的人把亲戚和朋友过去办签证的情况搬过来，结果往往会被拒签。

误区七自己先试一试的态度

在对申请国的签证政策没有完全了解时，就去签证，结果因资料准备不够完整、充分而遭拒签。第一次被拒签后，再次申请将比第一次要难得多得多。

误区八有过三次的拒签记录

这样的拒签历史对今后的任何签证都将产生灾难性的影响，申请人的拒签记录塬则上不应超过叁次。
