大学的生活即将结束，心里当然会有很多的不舍得，不舍得读了四年的大学，不舍得大学里的老师和同学，不舍得同居了四年的舍友等，因此我会更加珍惜剩下的日子。在这四年里，自己积极过、努力过，积极参与学校的活动，使自己增长了见识，提高了自身素质，锻炼了自我能力，在各方面都有很大的提高。

这学年在0402班担任班长的工作，在工作期间，我积极履行自身的职责，尽自身所能当好班长，为班上的同学服务，有一定的奉献精神。所做的工作包括，成功组织同学们春游秋游，成功申请优秀班集体，尽能力搞好每一次的团日活动。我还积极与辅导员沟通，起到了连接辅导员和同学的作用。另外，尽力的帮助其他干部的工作，让整个班集体的工作仅仅有条。

在学习方面，我的熟悉很深刻了，也有了更深刻的教训。

在以上这三个方面，获得了一定的成果，但我了解我自身也存在很多的不足之处，例如：在出勤上面，虽从无旷课但偶尔有迟到现象。在自我管理上面，我的自律性欠佳，偶尔会出现松懈偷懒的情况，我想这是力不从心的征兆。在经验上，由于过去从未担任过班长，所以管理班级的方法欠佳，与同学的沟通交流不妥，自己又过于生硬不够灵活。
