面试美国非移民签证须知

受理地区：

北京、天津、河北、河南、山东、陕西、山西、甘肃、青海、内蒙、新疆、宁夏、江西、湖北、湖南（其他地区的客人如在

北京工作，可评暂住证在北京办理）

种类：

B1或B1/B2签证

报名条件：(根据客人的自身情况,以下条件可适当放宽)

1．年龄在35岁以上。

2．曾有过良好的处境纪录(加拿大、欧洲申根、英国、澳洲、新西兰、日本等国)。

3．具备良好的经济实力。

客人必须提供以下真实资料：

1．有效因私护照（护照末页要有本人签名，且有效期在半年以上）；

2．两寸免冠彩色照片2张（50mmX50mm）（以前出国著名景点照片若干张，全家

福照片一张）;

3．公司营业执照复印件及单位简介（成立时间、性质、规模、产品、效益等）；

及3张公司加盖公章的抬头纸

4．在职证明及回国保证书（我公司提供样本）；

5．个人身份证，全家户口本原件；

6．填写赴美商务报名表，家庭成员表（我公司提供表格）；

7．个人资产证明至少10万（存折存单原件、房产、有价证券、车等）；

8．结婚证原件；

9．名片或工作证；

10．如父母单方或委托亲友携18岁以下孩子出境，需提供亲属关系公正以及委托公证。如学生申请，请提供本人学校在读

证明（用学校抬头纸打印并加盖学校公章），学校简介彩页以及学生证原件。

备注：

1．具备以上资料并不保证客人能获得美国签证；我们在审查资料过程中可能因为材料不准确，不清楚、不真实或别的方面

原因而要求客人补充相关材料；

2．凡持有因私护照第一次赴美的客人无论公务或因私，都需要按美使馆要求参加面试（面试时间我社通知）；

3．凡申请过移民或非移民签证的客人，无论其以前的申请是否被批准，都要如实说明；

4．客人在申请签证之前须交纳预付金；

5．如果签证签出，因客人自身原因取消出团。须将本人护照交由我中心保管至签证有效期结束并收取RmB5000元签证

费。当签证期过后退回护照。如客人在此期间须退还护照，必须交人民币20万元押金方可退回。

6．获得签证的客人需交纳随团返回保证金至少10万元，客人返回后凭护照（有中

国入境章）取回押金。

7．签证客人需提前35个有效工作日报名，以便审核资料及面试

商务签证和旅游签证

(B－1，B－2)

要获得赴美国的商务或旅游签证，申请人必须证明其短期进入美国的目的仅为旅游或短期商务活动，有合理的旅游目的，有

足够经济能力支付申请人旅游和在美国期间所需费用；在国外有不可放弃的居住权；有短期停留后必须回国的不可分割的社

会，经济和其它关系。根据1952年《移民与国籍法》修正案条款中第214(b)段，如果申请人不能向领事

官员提交上述材料以消除其移民倾向，领事官员将不会为其签发签证。

申请这两种签证的必备材料如下：

B－1签证：B-1签证签发给赴美从事短期商务活动的申请人。商务活动包括协商签订合同、参加展览或会议、短期培训

或与供应商或客户洽谈业务。B-1签证的持有者不得在在美停留期间就业。B-1签证的申请人应在面谈时携带其拟在美从事商

务活动的相关材料，包括：

发自美国邀请方的邀请函原件，详细说明访美目的、在美停留时间以及由谁提供所有费用

与美方合作伙伴签订的合同、其它协议或来往信件等证明与美国邀请方的合作关系

如赴美检测、购买机器、软件或其它设备，请提供该设备的相关信息，如产品宣传手册或产品目录等

证明在中国的公司真实性的文件，如公司的营业执照、信用证明以及所从事的商务活动的证明文件

申请人还需提供文件证明中国对其具有非常牢固的约束力，如：存折（不要银行存款证明）、在职证明、财产证明、结婚证

、家庭合影等等（不仅限于此）

如申请人曾经访美，请提供相关文件给予证明

B－2签证：B－2签证签发给赴美国旅游的申请人，包括观光、治病、探亲访友以及参加会议。该签证持有者不得在美

国停留期间就业。申请人需要提供销以下材料：

美方亲友的身份证明，如：护照和签证复印件、绿卡复印件。

美国的亲属或朋友的邀请信，或证明参加了旅游团或会议的信件。

证明申请人经济能力或在美国亲友的经济能力的文件。

证明申请人个人情况的文件，如结婚证书，在职证明，存折（不要银行存款证明），工资单，等等。
