要学好英语,首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来,才会对英语学习真正感兴趣,这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我利用最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学,使学生对英语产生兴趣,形成学习动机。
二,努力建立融洽的师生关系。
相对来说,初中生比小学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,沟通和学生的思想感情,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的大姐和好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。

这学期我担任七年级(四 )班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅。因此,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向前辈学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。 教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候,我按照自己的教学设计,上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课,认为教学效果如期理想,怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应,才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂,而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知,我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况:
一方面,农村的学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应。教学中要充分了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,曾有一位前辈对我说:“备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服,研究方法,
采取有利方法解决当中困难。英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不原学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高,他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的,同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。
因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学习中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在五班,我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高,但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水平; 第二组是肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散,学习不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。
英语是语言。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持下班了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。

1、巧设导入,培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生融洽在学习英语的氛围内。

《新目标英语》八年级下册x,全书共有十个单元,另两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活,贴近生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有:一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章,用以训练学生的阅读能力,扩大学生的阅读量。
好的方面:
1、本人注意抓常规教学,注意培养学生的听说读写的能力,充分利用早读时间,要求学生大声朗读课文,每天跟着录音带朗读15分钟,家长签字;
2、抓词汇短语和句型学习,经常进行听写训练,提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;

1、教的方面:
深入了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教学,由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练,所以第二卷的得分率比第一卷高。虽然我们也进行了每天的英语阅读训练,但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去,但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后,应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。
2、学的方面
只要学生对英语学习有兴趣,坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识,英语成绩就会不断提高。

3、课题研究亦有流于形式的时候,以致实质性的工作做得远远不够。
4、课外活动的开展因学生的素质参差不齐,总体效果亦有不如人意之处。

本年度历史教研组在学校的领导下,结合各年级组的实际,以提升教师专业素质为重点,以提高教学质量核心,狠抓常规管理,团结协作努力提高教学成绩。
我们历史教研组共有14位教师。在校领导的关心和帮助下,团结合作,扎实工作,取得令人满意的成绩
本年度所做的主要工作:

一、成绩分析
校际比我校八年级英语总体平均成绩与七年级持平,位居全县第七,但前30%的学生成绩所处位置偏后。
校内比各班成绩总体保持平稳,八(7、8)班有所进步。
二、卷面分析
本次考试试卷总体难度和区分度都较好,各道题都有失分点,完形填空的难度系数最高。听力因音频质量的缺陷造成部分学生失误的客观现象也存在。作文的分数总体不高。
从卷面失分的分析来看,能力题和基础题的失分皆偏大。期末考试的提前导致复习时间不充分是客观存在的原因,同时也表明了平时学习巩固效果差和重难点教学不突出的问题。能力题的指导和训练一直是我们在新课教学过程中忽视的问题,有学生基础差所带来的“力不从心”的客观原因,也有没将其视作与新课学习“并驾齐驱”的必要的英语辅助教学手段的认识缺失问题。
三、整改措施
下学期的英语教学我们将从“提效”、“促能”和“纠偏”三个方面去努力。
(一)“提效”措施
1. 加强研讨,提高课堂效率。
本学期工作的繁忙给我们应付课堂提供了很好的借口,但课堂效率毕竟是教学质量的生命线。下学期我们至少在每个单元开课之前在每位老师提前备课的基础上进行一次深入的教学研讨,至少解决如下几个问题:(1)明确本单元的重点词汇、词组、句型、语法,商讨扩展补充的范围;(2)是否需要有针对性的附加训练,由谁出题;(3)每单元两篇重点文章如何去上更有效。
2. 重视复现,改善学习效果。
英语基础知识的学习实则是与遗忘作斗争的过程,有两点非常重要:其一是知识首次习得的印象;其二是复现(复习)的频度。我们计划每2-3个单元对学过的词汇、做过的习题进行以检测为主要手段的复现学习,同时强化学生的作业质量。
(二)“促能”措施
1. 课堂教学关注能力训练。
以往的课堂教学我们往往用于太多的时间进行知识的讲解,并总是在学生“忘的比学的快”的悲哀中怨声载道。当前的英语学习有逐步走向语文学习的趋势,除了词汇的基本功外重在考察学生的理解和运用能力,课本只是我们进行能力训练的其中一个媒介。因此,平时上课多练少讲、精讲,作业讲解时补充讲,考试前集中讲可以一试。
2. 每周一练促方法为能力。
“当方法成了习惯,便成了能力。”我们计划每周进行一次能力专项训练(一篇完形填空、两篇阅读理解、一篇选词填空),精选题目,强化方法,积累能力。
(三)“纠偏”措施
1. 功在日常。
英语偏科的原因多半有两点:第一,学习基础、学习成就感等与其他学科相比之下的不对等所带来的学习兴趣上的恶性循环;第二,学习能力、性格上的欠缺。有些人的逻辑思维和推理能力较强则理科就能学得轻松,而记忆能力和理解能力薄弱文科就会处处受挫。分析不同学生产生偏科的原因,对症下药,强化一两个月必然会有起色,然后不断正面强化,随着其学习压力的增加和信心的增强会出现良性的循环进步。
2. 外力支持。
学生的学习时间和精力总量是有限的,在时间上的此消彼长必然会引起成绩上的波动。对一些偏科严重的学生往往需要其他老师特别是其强势科目的老师的一段时间的支持。保障课内学习效率是前提;释放课外学习时间是大义。若能时不时地关注和激励一下他弱势学科的进步情况则效果会更加明显。
总之,英语学习重在厚积薄发。英语教学也要有一颗望得见曙光、忍得住反复的耐心。

20xx—20xx学年担任八年级英语教学,转眼这一学期的工作已接近尾声,回顾这半年的工作,有收获也有不足,下面, 我仅对这一学期以来的工作做一个总结:
一、指导思想
以“英语课程标准”为宗旨,适应新课程改革的需要,面向全体学生,提高学生的人文素养,增强实践能力和创新精神。正确把握英语学科特点,积极倡导合作探究的学习方式。培养学生积极地情感态度和正确的人生价值观,提高学生综合素质,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
二、全期教学总目标

三、教材简要分析
《新目标英语》八年级(下册),全书共有十个单元,另两个复习单元。本教材各单元话题灵活,贴近生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有:一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元后都提供了一篇阅读文章,用以训练学生的阅读能力,扩大学生的阅读量。
四、学情简要分析
本人教两个教学班,共有学生人数60人。通过一年半的英语学习,大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事,能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息,能读懂短篇故事,能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好,学习很吃力而自暴自弃,有的因此扰乱课堂次序,这给教学带来不少困难。
五、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施

4、积极开展丰富多彩的英语活动,提高学生兴趣。如英语演讲比赛、单词听写比赛、朗读比赛、英语手抄报比赛、学唱英文歌曲,课前五分钟活动等。
5、注重个别辅导,在面向全体学生的基础上,培优补差。

时间匆匆,一个学期又过去了。这个学期本人上初二年级3班的英语课。本人知道自己经验尚浅,所以对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心学习。以下是本人在本学期的教学情况总结。
一、思想政治方面
在这一学期中,本人坚决拥护中国共产党的领导,热爱祖国,遵守宪法和法律,认真学习和贯彻党和国家制定的各项方针、政策,忠诚于人民的教育事业,认真学习《义务教育法》、《教师法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》等教育法律法规,掌握师德师风建设的最近动态,并予以实践。具有良好的思想政治素质和职业道德,严格按照“有事业心、有责任心、有上进心”、“爱校、爱岗、爱生”、“团结协作、乐于奉献、勇于探索、积极进取”的要求去规范自己的行为。严格遵守学校的各项规章制度,对待学生做到:民主平等,公正合理,严格要求,耐心教导;对待同事做到:团结协作、互相尊重、友好相处;对待自己做到:严于律已、以身作则、为人师表。正确处理和对待教育教学工作中发生的矛盾和问题,认真加强师德修养,提高自身的职业道德修养。处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行,毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力,以便使自己更快地适应社会发展的形势。
二、教学方面
初中的英语教学与高中的英语教学,不仅在教学方面,在学生、教学设备等各方面都有很大的差别。所以开学后,先了解各方面的情况,从教材,学情等方面入手。
备课时认真钻研教材、教参,学习好大纲,虚心向初中组老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材,找准重点、难点。做到提前一两周备好课,写好教案。开学一两周后,就去听同年组老师的课,向他们认真学习、取长补短。
上课前都提前到班级做好准备,做好基本的准备工作,调整好状态。课时认真讲课,力求抓住重点,突破难点,精讲精练。运用多种教学方法,从学生的实际出发,注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维,使学生有举一反三的能力,培养学生的学习兴趣,养成良好的学习习惯,如认真做笔记,课后多拓展知识面、阅读面等。
课后经常利用课余时间对学生进行辅导,不明白的耐心讲解,及时查缺补漏。因为英语需要背诵的地方较多,如单词、课文等,就要求学生一定要过关,没有掌握的同学再进行辅导。充分利用时间让学生多进行背诵,培养学习英语的语感。
除了了教学,本人还注意了解学生的情况。爱学生就要了解学生,包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐的深刻了解。这是避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提,也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。
经过这学期的教学,本人注意到尊重、理解、信任学生是消除教育盲点的基础。尊重学生要尊重学生的人格。教师与学生虽然处在教育教学过程中的不同的地位,但在人格上应该是平等的;理解学生要从青少年的心理发展特点出发,理解他们的要求和想法,信任他们的潜在能力,放手让学生在实践中锻炼,在磨练中成长。只有这样,学生才能与教师缩小心理距离,学生才会对教师产生依赖感。比如,初中生更喜欢上台进行对话背诵,而不是单纯的死记硬背,这就要多给学生上台表演的机会。而有的学生英语基础较差,我就先从基本的音标教起,使他们恢复信心,激发学习英语的兴趣。
我更深刻地认识到教师要热爱每一个学生,尤其是对待后进生要多给一些温暖,用“爱”字改变他们,理解尊重信任他们。爱学生就是要严格要求学生,对其缺点错误,不纵容、不姑息、不放任。师爱既蕴含着强烈的情感色彩,又表现出深刻的理智,不仅着眼于学生目前的得失和苦乐,更注重学生未来的发展和前途。对于英语学习成绩较差的学生,适当降低要求,避免其产生逆反心理。
在本学期的校园科技文化艺术节上,本人还认真辅导学生。本班的学生在初中组英语演讲比赛及制作圣诞节贺卡比赛中都取得了优异的成绩。这有利于学生综合素质的提高,并培养学生的集体荣誉感。
三、自我素质的提高
积极学习各种教育理论,以充实自己,以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导,更好地进行教育教学。积极参加教研室组织的教研活动,认真听课,做好听课记录。暑假期间认真学习福建省继续教育远程培训课程。本人还利用业余时间认真学习电脑知识,学习制作多媒体课件,为教学服务,积极撰写教育教学论文。本人所撰写的《高中英语新课程下学生的优化》已编入学校所印发的《教育教学论文汇编(第6辑)》。并参加学校组织的青年教师专业知识水平测试比赛,以提高自身的素质。
四、努力方向
本人需加强自身基本功的训练,课堂上做到精讲精练,注重对学生能力的培养。对差生多些关心,多点爱心,再多一些耐心,使他们在各方面有更大进步。利用各种方法,训练学生提高、集中注意力。在教学上下功夫,努力使班级学生的成绩在原有的基础上有更大的进步。
总之,本人这学期的教学取得了一定的成绩,期中、期末的英语成绩在年段各方面都名列第一,但在学生管理方面还是有不足之处,应多向其他老师求教,虚心学习。力求在各方面有更大的进步,向优秀教师学习和发展。
