例如:C(考官):May I come in?(我能进来吗?)
I(应聘者):Yes, please. Oh, you are Jin Li, aren’t you?(请进,哦,你是李劲吧?)
C:Yes, I am.
I:Please sit here, on the sofa.
C:Thank you.
采用Excuse me. Is this personnel department?(请问,这里是人力资源部吗?)或Excuse me for interrupting you. I'm here for an interview as requested.(不好意思打搅了,我是依约来应聘的。)
I:Your number and name, please.(请告知你的号码和名字。)
C:My number is sixteen and my name is Zhixin Zhang.(我是16号,我叫 。)
How did you come? A very heavy traffic?(你怎么来的?
Yes, it was heavy but since I came here yesterday as a rehearsal, I figured out a direct bus line from my school to your company, and of course,I left my school very early so it doesn’t matter to me.
As far as I know(据我所知),表示你一直在认真听对方的谈话。 As it is shown in my resume(正如我的 简历 所提到的)或As my previous experience shows(如我之前的工作经验所示)之类的表达法另外,在面试之前,面试者对应聘公司应有所了解。
I:You are talking shop. How will you carry out marketing campaign if we hire you?(你很内行。
C:Sorry, sir. I beg your pardon.(对不起,能重复一下吗?)
I:I mean that how will you design your work if we hire you?(我的意思是如果我们决定录用你,你打算如何开展市场工作?)
C:Thank you, sir. I’ll organize trade fair and symposium, prepare all marketing materials, and arrange appointments for our company with its business partners.(谢谢。

whether you're submitting a resume cold or responding to a job posting, always include a cover letter. yes, they're tedious to write, but a solid cover letter can make the difference between getting the job and getting nowhere.
1.Address the recruiter
Start your letter with the date. skip two lines and write the recruiter's full name, preceded by mr. or ms. then, list the recruiter's title and the company name and address. if you don't know the recruiter's name, simply list the company name and address.
2.Say hello
Two lines below the header, greet the recruiter with “dear mr.” or “ms.”, followed by his/her last name and a colon. don't use the first name, even if you've met the recruiter before; it's unprofessional to be immediately informal. if you don't know the recruiter's name, address the letter, “to whom it may concern.”
3.Introduce yourself
State your letter's purpose in the first paragraph. tell the recruiter which position you're applying for and why it interests you. briefly list your top qualifications. if you're responding to a job posting, mention where you saw it.
4.Sell yourself
The second paragraph is the most important: it's your sell. summarize your credentials, but don't reiterate your resume. list your most relevant accomplishments from previous jobs, internships or volunteer work. emphasize your qualifications for the job by highlighting applicable skills. if you're responding to an ad, you have an edge: you already know the job requirements. make sure you address them.
If you're like a lot of job seekers, when you get called for an interview, you swing into preparation mode. You research the company, you try topredictwhat questions you'll be asked, and you practice your answers untilthey're flawless. But in the midst of all this effort to make a greatimpression, don't lose sight of what might be the single most important thingyou can remember as you head into the interview: The point of the interview isnot to get a job offer. It's to figure out if you're a mutualmatch, emphasis onmutual.
If you go into your interview focused solely on convincingthe employer tohire you, you'll lose sight of whether this is a job you even want or a company(or manager) you want to work for. Instead, in addition to showing theinterviewer what you can do, your goal should be to make an informed decisionabout whether this is the right job and the right employer for you.
Think of it like dating: If you approached every first date determined tomake your date fall for you, you'd miss important cuesabout whether or not youwere right for each other. And you might end up with someone who makes youmiserable, or someone who you couldn't make happy.
So when it comes to job hunting, it's important to view a job interview asa two-way conversation …not a one-sided interrogation where the interviewerfires questions at you, and you just hope you're measuring up. Don't focus so
hard on pleasing the interviewer that you forget to pay attention to whetherthis is a job you even want.
This approach means interviewing the interviewer, asking questions tofigure out things like:
Is the work well aligned withyour strengths―your real ones, not ones youpuffed upin your cover letter?
Is the environment one you'll thrive in?
Is the manager someone you'd want to work with?

Leadership Insider network is an online community where the most thoughtful and influential people in business contribute answers to timely questions about careers and leadership. Today’s answer to the question “What are three tips for nailing a job interview?” is written by Jared Fliesler, general partner at Matrix Partner.
I’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates at a variety of companies ― ranging from small startups to well-known companies like Google ― and across nearly every job function. Even the best candidates stumble; only very few people are natural interviewers. For most of us, interviewing is terrifying. You have to highlight your strengths (and recognize your weaknesses); massage your past into a narrative for future success; and develop a connection with various interviewers ― all while trying to decide if you would enjoy the company (and role).Interviewing is all about selling yourself and success relies on punching through the noise of your competition and connecting with your audience. Here are my top three tips:
Know your interviewers
Interviews are between people, not companies. And while people hire based on skills and knowledge, they also hire individuals with who they feel a connection. To help make this connection, know who you will be interviewing with and understand their journey: where did they go to school, what companies have they worked with, what path did they take, etc. Find your connection points and bring them up naturally in the conversation. But, don’t overdo this C it can come across as creepy, “I was stalking you on Facebook and saw you love the movie Ocean’s Eleven . . . me too!”
Practice your answers
This may sound like common sense, but know the key points you want to communicate. Before you interview, think about what they might ask you. You can’t predict the exact questions, but there are basics that all companies will want to know: what you’ve done in the past, what you hope to do in the future, and how you will add value at the company.
So practice. Answer concisely. Don’t be afraid of silence. Think about your answers and provide crisp responses. It shows you’re thoughtful, a clear thinker, and can prioritize. It’s also important to ask clarifying questions if there are multiple ways to interpret a question or if you’re unsure ― it shows you’re listening and engaged. Nothing is worse than going on and on about something entirely irrelevant.
Follow your passion
Only interview for positions that you’re truly passionate about C you’ll do your best work at these companies. You can show your passion in the questions you ask and the examples you provide. Everyone loves to work with passionate people. At some point, the person interviewing you was sitting in your chair. Employees want to work alongside people that energize them and share their love for what they do. It’s the hardest thing to fake and the easiest way to stand out.
有一些人,yeah, ok, hmm,right, am I right 等用的很多,影响了表达的流利度,
