重庆晨报讯 （记者 戴宇）“这个同学很优秀，但是可惜她要等考研结果。”昨天上午11点，渝中区一家网络企业的招聘代表从20多份简历中抽出一份精美的简历，在右上角写上“不稳定”三个字。
这是昨天共青团渝中区委“送就业见习岗位”专场招聘会上的情景，单位对这些考研的同学有期待，但更多的是担心。
3个优点让她脱颖而出
“她在之前就接触过我们这个行业了，做过一些网络咨询的兼职。”招聘代表边拿出王亚楠的简历，边给重庆晨报记者讲述刚刚过去的招聘过程。
招聘代表说，王亚楠是英语专业，面试时显得很自然，而其他几个毕业生甚至连国内几个搜索引擎都不太了解。尤其是她讲搜索引擎其他用法的时候，显得对这个行业很了解。
“其次是她的谈吐，一个不会推销自己的人，是不可能推销产品的。”招聘代表认为王亚楠临场表现也很优秀，交流起来有说服力，“这个职位需要大方自信积极的人，她很符合要求。”
最后一点打动招聘代表的才是王亚楠的'成绩。“她还有辅修法学的学位，英语也不错，这些也很重要。”
“正在考研的学生不稳定”
“我正在等考研分数线。”尽管被单位相中，但王亚楠还是主动向单位说出了自己的真实情况，“去年下半年我都专心考研，现在想能先找一下工作，万一考研落榜还有出路。”
考研的情况让招聘代表脸上也透出一点无奈：“我们都希望能稳定一些的大学生，而且我们给客服经理设计的职业规划就是向管理层走。”招聘代表在简历上写下“等考研成绩，不稳定”几个字。
现场的10多家见习就业基地单位昨天都收到了一些考研同学的简历，几位招聘代表对这类学生显得又爱又怕：“来见习问题倒不大，就怕不稳定，来了几天就走了，不过还是希望大学生把真实情况告诉单位，让我们有所准备。”
