本学期的工作既将结束，自开学到现在给人的第一感觉是忙，第二就是快!每年的这个学期(上半年)都是学校开展活动最多，最活跃的时期;所以也是学生会工作最忙最累的时间，尤其是宣传部.但是在这忙碌的工作中我们也收获了不少，成长了很多;虽然工作中免不了有挫折缺陷.我们部门的成长可以从日常工作，开展及参与活动，部门管理三个方面来总结：
第一、在常规工作方面，首先我们能够圆满完成院团委，学生会布置的工作任务，每个月的工作量都完全达标!这个学期我们部门做的主要工作有：1传达上级通知和协助其他部门出海报，做宣传;2对宣传板，宣传栏的管理;3黑板报的评比工作三个方面.在这三个方面我们根据不同的问题采取了不同的对策，并取得了一定的成功：
1、出海报，通知这一块，通过与各系宣传部长的交流，我们也采用了劳动责任承包制，每次活动的海报由一个部员负责包下来，由他联系部内人员做帮手完成工作任务.由来我们把工作表现与评优评干联系在一起，这样一来就很大的提高了部员的工作热情和积极性;既给了部员表现锻炼的机会，同时部门内又形成了一种竞争意识.另一方面就是加强了部员间的联系，促进了部员间的了解，使整个部门更加团结有力!

第一、本学期我们在工作中可以说是尽心尽力，始终坚持以服务他人超越自我为宗旨.这也赢得了其他部门的尊敬和支持，若5月份我们部门回收宣传板人力不够，得到了国旗班，学习部，纪检组，办公室四个部门十多人的帮助。

本学期我根据学生的身体特点安排了以掌握基本篮球技术为主的教学内容。本学期前半段时间，主要是让学生学习胸前传接球，行进间传接球，原地运球，行进间运球，三步篮等技术动作，使学生对篮球有个初步的了解，培养他们对篮球运动的兴趣。在从事这部分教学的时候，我没有按部就班的让学生一遍一遍的重复练习，而是在讲授完基本动作要领，学生熟悉后通过各种游戏活动提高学生的篮球技能。社团活动是以培养学生的兴趣为主教学目的的，那么对于初中学生来说，尤其是刚开始时候很多学生基本功都很差，连一些简单的动作也不会，然而好多男生就想打对抗赛，这显然是不科学的，于是我就通过游戏来激发他们的兴趣，所以将教学内容置于游戏中寓教于乐，很好的达到了教学目的。
在掌握了基本的运球及跑篮技术之后，我又进一步提高了教学难度，由一个人的活动变为两个人互相配合才能完成的练习——原地传球及行进间传球。由于难度加大，一些喜欢自己玩球的同学又有点不适应，但是这一练习需要两个人或是多个人配合进行活动时，他们表现得明显不如一个人。所以通过让学生学习两个人或是多个人的传球技术，就是培养学生的合作精神。一个人的力量是微不足道的，一个要想在社会取得成功和成就，就需要与人合作，需要得到他人的帮助，孤军奋战，难成大业;现代社会竞争日趋激励，努力培养竞争意识和能力有助于学生走出学校，走向社会能很好的适应社会。

在过去几个月中，通过社团中各位的辛勤与付出中，与大家共同快乐地度过了一年的时间，工作的点点滴滴时时在眼，回眸望过去的一幕幕，在不知不觉中充实自己大学生活。
在系十佳歌手表演工作时候，社团部和其他部门协助合作顺利开展工作。在学校举办运动会中，我们社团部主要负责提供钉鞋服务给同学们，还有每月的献血活动时候我们部门负责提供献血者填写表格工作等。工作无小事，事事都不能懈怠。我们干事更要不断地提高自身的素质才能更好地服务同学。在过的时间里，我脚踏实地做了一些工作，但由于自己水平和经验不足还存在着一定的问题还必须地努力争取更好。
总之，因为有这样一个团队，使我大学里不断的展示自我，提升自我，团结，和谐默契在一个学期的工作中，主要将工作重点放在了社团发展及社团活动的开展两方面上。在这一学期我部组织了各社团常务会长对大学生举办的活动进行了观摩学习，增加了各社团负责人之间的交流，使各社团之间互相学习，互相借鉴。在活动的审批上我部在坚持各社团的社团宗旨下，对各社团活动进行了修改、审批，现将社团发展情况与我部工作情况简介
一、各社团整体凝聚力与上一年相比有了很大的提高，各社团负责人在任务分配，人员调动上都有了很大的改进，各部门协调合作，从而使得各社团成员积极性很高。
二、为了丰富广大学生的校园生活，各社团举办了丰富的社团活动，得到广大学生的好评，也得到了院领导的肯定，同时也提高了各社团在全校的影响力。
三、各社团都明确了自己的发展方向，有理论研究的，有做学术的，有做公益的，有做环保的等等。各社团也积极与学生会各部门共建，或与其他院系社团合作等等。
在本学期，我部也取得了一些成绩，在各社团的交流，活动策划部都做了一些有效的工作，但工作中仍存在一些问题：
一、与团委领导和社团负责人沟通太少，致使团委领导对社联及社团发展了解较少。在今后的工作中一定要及时向团委领导汇报工作，定时与社团各负责人交流。
二、在活动审批上也缺少必要的一些整理和改进，今后会侧重活动的策划，严格审批，取消一些没有明确主题和意义不大的活动。
三、在与其他部门合作上也存在一些问题，由于在很多工作上与其他部门有交集，部门合作也显得尤为重要，各部门很好的合作，才能将工作做得更好。一学期的工作使我们更加了解了自己的工作，也更加深信我们能做好自己的工作，把自己的工作做得更好。在今后的工作中，我部门人员将团结合作，把自己的工作做的更好
一切仍在进行时，社团部的明天会更美好!
篇14：学生社团年度总结
伴随着冬日里温暖的阳光，满怀着喜悦的心情，邓小平理论与、三个代表重要思想研究会迎来了她十五周岁的生日。在这特别的时期，我社团举行了以铜陵学院创优争先主题实践活动暨邓小平理论与‘三个代表’重要思想研究会成立15周年庆典为主题的庆典活动，以使广大同学更多地了解我们社团，了解铜陵学院的发展概况，提升广大学生的综合素质。20-年12月19日(星期日)我社团在C109成功举行了本次活动，引导广大干事和会员更加深入的了解邓研，为邓研更美好的明天而努力.现将活动具体内容总结如下：
一、活动过程 我协会现任理事会成员和广大干事于12月19日，即当天上网就赶到现场，着手准备本次活动。
比如，清理会场的卫生、调试多媒体设备、布置会场等。下午2：30活动正式开始，邀请了本协会的指导老师和部分嘉宾老师，如翁教授、汤书记、查书记、郑老师等，同时也邀请了各兄弟社团负责人和我社团07及08级理事会前来庆祝。09理事会成员和10级广大会员与干事同样也参加了本次活动。活动通过节目与指导老师和各届成员代表发言相交叉的形式举行，让在场人员在轻松愉快的氛围中学到了很多道理也对我们社团有了进一步的了解。老师讲话内容涉及方方面面，其中有翁教授谈及我社团20-年来一路的艰辛曲折与成就辉煌的精彩讲话，有我协会以前的老会员从遥远的郑州发来祝福的视频，让在场的观众甚是感动。节目更是五彩缤纷，有合唱、乐器合奏、话剧、小品、朗诵等。整个活动中都充满着欢快的声音，洋溢着节日的喜庆。
二、活动自我评估
总结体来说，我们这次铜陵学院创优争先主题实践活动暨邓小平理论与‘三个代表’重要思想研究会成立15周年庆典的活动是相当成功的，吸引了很多同学样来观看，成功的原因我们总结为以下几点：
1、准备较充分
凡事预则立，不预则废在本次活动得到了充分体现，正是因为有了周到的考虑，周全的计划和充分的准备，这次活动才有了成功开展的前提。同时吸取以往活动的经验教训，努力改进，避免出现同样的错误。如我们提前两周理事会就有了详细的计划，无论是整场活动还是活动当天的流程，都做了详细的分析和准备，提前一周就准备好活动所需物品，如现场的装饰用品、音响设备、幻灯片等。
2、分工具体安排合理，配合密切
活动之前理事会就安排好活动中的方方面面由哪些人负责，确保“人人有事做，事事有人做”，活动开始前大家就分工准备好活动要用的东西，活动中又具体分工，有负责多媒体的调试和播放，有负责主持人，有负责节目，有负责现场的秩序和气氛等，场地井然有序，热闹非凡。
3、活动宣传到位
活动之前不仅有海报宣传，飞信短信通知，学生干部还分别在各班进行了宣传，甚至还对身边的人进行了宣传，使得活动现场人员比较充足，现场气氛很好。更使得本次活动全面深入广大同学。
4、活动影响范围大
由于本次活动对我们协会的意义非常重大，所以我们非常重视，提前近一个月的时间就开始准备节目，使得本次活动的节目质量达到了比较高的水平，很多的会员干事，还有本部都有参与到节目中去。使得活动影响范围很自然的就夸大起来。 在成功的背后，我们也认真反省了我们的不足。
5、安排上存在不足
但是可能不在自己的兴趣对此次活动不够积极，不在自己的兴趣范围内，使得活动中积极性不够高。还有个别学生干部对分配的任务不能按时按量完成，这与管理和分工的失误有一定关系。
6、现场中的工作人员未提前做好通知，在节目的准备中现场的忙碌影响了在场嘉宾的观看氛围。这一点虽然不是很严重，但也是不能忽视的。
活动结果与意义
1、这次活动通过老师的讲话和现场节目的介绍，和邓研辉煌史的相关图片，使广大学生深入了解党，了解我们协会，全面提升自身各方面素质，为党的发展作贡献。
2、这次活动也充分教育了我研究会的学生干部，坚持理论联系实际，提高了广大学生干部的实践能力，增长才干，培养品格。
