暑假游北京
在这个暑假，我终于来到了我一直梦寐以求的城市，那就是我国的首都——北京。
第一天，我怀着激动的心情乘上开往北京的和谐号列车，高铁的速度真快啊，不到6个小时的我们就已经到了千里之外的北京。下车后，我们首先来到了我们事先预定的宾馆，宾馆离天安门很近，步行至天安门也就十多分钟。
刚到宾馆放下行李，我就迫不及待地要去看天安门，可是妈妈说要先去吃晚饭，休息一下才能出去玩，于是我们就近找了一家饭店吃晚饭。为了能快点去看天安门，菜刚一上来，我就狼吞虎咽地吃起来，大家都笑了。等大家都吃好饭后，稍微休息了一会，我们就步行沿着东长安街朝天安门的方向走了过去。
还没到天安门广场，远远的就看见天安门前人头攒动，长安街上来来往往的车辆川流不息，汽车灯光闪烁，像银河从天而降。北京的夜景真美啊！
来到天安门城楼下，我仰望着这庄严雄伟的城楼，心情无比激动。天安门城楼金碧辉煌，光彩夺目，又庄严又美丽，毛主席的巨幅画像高高地悬挂在天安门城楼的正中央，画像两边的城墙上分别悬挂着中华人民共和国万岁和世界人民大团结万岁的大幅标语。天安门城楼对面就是著名的天安门广场，它位于北京的中心，广场四周有很多庄严雄伟的建筑，广场中央矗立着高大的人民英雄纪念碑，碑身上毛主席题写的人民英雄永垂不朽八个大字金光闪闪，广场南端是毛主席纪念堂，东西两侧分别是中国国家博物馆和巍峨壮丽的人民大会堂。好多游人都在广场上拍照留念，我也让爸爸用相机为我记录下这激动的时刻。
接下来的几天，我们又游玩了最具代表性的中国古代建筑——故宫博物院，听大人说故宫就是以前的皇宫，是古代皇帝主持政务和住的地方。那里的建筑都是红墙黄瓦，雕梁画栋，显得非常的宏伟壮丽。我们还游玩了八达岭长城，爬上了著名的好汉坡；在老舍茶馆品了茶，看了一场具有京味的表演；还去了颐和园；参观了中国最著名的高等学府——北京大学，那里是莘莘学子们心心向往的地方，也是我神往已久的地方，学校的环境十分优美，让我流连忘返。
六天的行程结束了，我该回家了，这几天在北京的日子过得非常充实，看到了好多我没有看过的，听到了好多我没有听过的，让我增长了好多的知识，我想我要好好学习，有机会再到北京来！

My school life is interesting. I like it very much. I have 5 classes in the morning and 3 classes in the afternoon. I study English Chinese math and some other subjects. I like English best because it’s easy and interesting. I don’t like math because I always meet difficulties in studing math. I try hard but it doesn't work at all. After class I often play basketball with my classmates. I go to the school library for some reading twice a week. I like my school life.
