节约型校园作为节约型社会的重要组成部分，担负着提高师生环境素养、培养学生节约和合理利用资源观念的重要使命。治理校园浪费现象不能只靠道德约束，还需要从制度上提供一系列指导。“舌尖上的浪费”只是最直观的表象。一滴水、一度电、一张纸……本是一些举手之劳的事情，却在指尖间轻轻流逝。“浪费之风务必狠刹！”不仅是一句口号，更是一种态度和决心。创建节约型校园是学校全体师生员工义不容辞的共同责任，勤俭节约，从我做起，从现在做起，从身边的小事做起。
篇21：校园浪费现象调查报告
一、调查背景：
勤俭节约是我国劳动人民的传统美德，是我国宝贵的精神财富，也是对中、小学生进行爱国主义教育的重要组成部分。随着我国经济的迅速发展，人民生活水平的提高，人们在吃、穿、住、用上渐渐从生存型向享受型发展。社会中开始流行起一些不好的风气，讲排场，铺张，挥霍浪费的现象层出不穷。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”这句话似乎早已被大家彻底遗忘，学生中的浪费现象也日益严重。活生生的例子就在我们的身边，我们经常能够看到许多学生把吃不了的剩菜剩饭毫不怜惜的倒入泔水桶中，有些甚至没吃上几口;还有一些学生在卫生间、教室里玩起了水。这种种现象令人深思!于是我们决定就研究我们身边的这种校园浪费现象。

四、研究步骤：
第一阶段：20xx-**-02至20xx-**-04 由小组成员利用课余时间，讨论制定问卷，分发给部分同学认真填写，再统计出调查的材料。目的是了解同学当中的浪费现象以及他们对浪费现象的看法、想法。
第二阶段：20xx-**-04至20xx-**-05 由小组成员利用课余时间在学校食堂、校园其他地方进行蹲点拍摄，捕捉校园中的浪费现象。
第三阶段：20xx-**-06至20xx-**-07 由小组成员利用课余时间询问了学校食堂工作人员有关情况，如一天可以收集多少剩饭等，还采访了部分学生、老师以及家长，问了他们关于浪费的看法及他们是否也有浪费情况等。
第四阶段：20xx-**-08至20xx-**-10由全体组员对收集到的材料进行加工整理，并作出适当取舍，经讨论，撰写调查报告。
校园浪费现象：
1、粮食浪费：我们的调查结果显示，目前我们校园里浪费最多的是在吃的方面，主要是在食堂里。食堂每天开餐三次：早餐主要供应包子、粽子、鸡蛋、面包、蛋炒饭等;午餐、晚餐主要供应米饭、荤菜、素菜。荤菜一般如炸鸡腿、红烧大排、清蒸鱼、辣鸡腿等;素菜如大白菜、冬瓜、豆腐等。绝大部分同学用餐时都选择买一荤一素，只有约3%的同学选择了买二荤一素。很多同学在购买的时候都希望食堂工作人员能多给自己盛一点，可是不管盛得多还是盛得少，却未必都能吃得完。据调查，有77%的同学经常不把饭吃完，有些同学只吃了几口就把饭菜倒掉了。当我们上前去询问他们为什么只吃了这么点，有些同学说，“今天胃口不好，吃不下。”我想既然明知道自己胃口不好，吃不下，何必还要买那么多呢?这不是白白浪费嘛!也有约28%的同学，认为食堂的`饭菜太难吃了，实在勉强不下。可是这一头刚把饭菜倒掉，那一头马上跑进小店里买各式各样的零食吃了。据管理食堂的高老师介绍，我们学校目前中午将近有1100多名师生是在食堂吃的，早上和晚上有900多名学生在食堂用餐，食堂一天要用掉700多斤大米，菜的话光中午一餐就要二三百斤了。我们食堂共有二层，食堂的工作人员分别在楼梯口各放了2个泔水桶，每天早、中、晚餐过后，这4个桶中就装得满满的，用电瓶三轮车运到外面。我们问了运送的大伯，他说一个桶装满一次足足有25斤吧，一天起码要浪费300多斤!那一个月、一年要浪费多少粮食啊!
2、水电浪费：仅次于粮食浪费之后的就属于水电的浪费了，特别是用电上。如有些班级出早操时，教室里灯却亮着。有时中午大家都去吃饭了，教室里空无一人，灯却没有关;有时候，天气特别晴朗，可是大家依然灯火通明。我们细细算了一笔：我们学校里有28个班，将近25个办公室，106个寝室，每个教室差不多有8盏日光灯，每个办公室又有4盏日光灯，每个寝室又有2盏灯，差不多要有550盏，还有教学楼、办公楼、校园其他地方的一些照明灯等，每盏日光灯是 40瓦，所以光教室里点一个小时就要用二十多度电，再加上其他用电设备，如电脑(电脑房里的、办公室里的)、饮水机、空调等等。请注意，这只是一个小时的，那么一天，一个月，一年呢?其实，除了粮食，水电浪费之外，还有一些浪费也较普遍，譬如纸张、粉笔的浪费等。
背后原因分析：
(一)、人们的物质生活水平提高了。随着社会发展，我国经济有很大程度上的进步，人们生活水平得到提高，生活条件有很大的改善。那些浪费粮食的同学，就说“现在生活好了，倒点儿剩饭剩菜没什么大不了的。”而更让我们调查者痛心的是：我们学生对这种浪费现象的冷漠态度。当我们问到“你倒饭时会感到惭愧吗?”，有将近20%的同学竟不觉得惭愧，还有29%的同学从没想过是否觉得惭愧。我们现在的中学生一出生就生活在富裕的社会，从没经历过物资匮乏的时代，所以也就体会不到吃不饱的痛苦。俗话说得好，饱汉不知饿汉饥嘛。尽管还有50%的同学在倒剩饭剩菜时会觉得很惭愧、很可惜，但是下次他(她)还是照倒不误。
(二)、我们学生的素质还不够高，节约意识不强随着生活水平的明显改善，我们中学生的生活方式越来越丰富多彩，这是正常的。但是有的学生盲目追求高消费、高享受，把艰苦朴素、勤检节约的美德置于脑后。几乎每位学生从小就受到过勤俭节约的教育，但是这种教育对他们的行为真正能产生影响的却很少，我们的调查显示只有约三分之一的同学认为自己曾受到过的节约教育真的对自己有用。很多时候老师、家长也多次强调，但是有些同学依然我行我素。古语讲得好“四肢不勤，五谷不分”。也许现在的我们就是因为缺少了劳动的锻炼，体会不到农民们耕种粮食的辛苦，让我们感到惊讶的是，在我们学校竟有35%以上的学生从没见过农民耕种的情景，另有62%的同学经常能见到农民在田间辛勤劳作的情景，那么这些同学就更加不应该浪费了，说不定你倒掉的饭菜里面就有你爸爸妈妈的汗水呢，让他们的劳动果实附诸流水，岂不更加可惜啊!

一、加强学生食堂精细化管理
我校是一所民族寄宿制小学，学生在校就餐，食堂每天准备大量食材供学生使用，学校还专门为学生准备营养餐，力求荤素搭配，营养均衡。在学生营养餐方面我们着重开展工作，小学生正处于生长发育阶段，身体需要大量营养供给，因此在学生营养餐方面我们着重开展工作，由于小学生大的水果吃不上，所以学校食堂将各种水果切成小块，合理搭配，满足小学生对各种水果的需求。
二、加强营养改善计划管理
学校从实际出发，多途径、多形式地开展学生营养改善工作。供餐模式以学校食堂供餐为主、蛋奶计划为辅，供餐内容包括完整的营养早餐、营养午餐，提供蛋、奶、肉、蔬菜等加餐或课间餐。食品原料采购本地化，通过集中采购等方式，妥善解决学校食堂副食品、蔬菜供应问题。

三、努力开展专题教育活动
各班积极开展以“节约粮食光荣，浪费粮食可耻”为主题的班会，就我国人口增加、耕地减少、水资源短缺、粮食安全压力大等现状进行充分的分析和讨论，树立节约意识。根据学校所开展的工作，我们还陆续开展了国旗下讲话，强调粮食的重要性，要求树立节约观念、还特意召开班会、开展手抄报、黑板报竞赛，评出最反映本次自查活动的作品、悬挂横幅以及张贴节约用水、用电、粮食等等方面的内容，在餐厅张贴“光盘行动”，提醒同学们不要浪费食物，弘扬传统美德，厉行节俭。
四、充分认识开展制止餐饮浪费行为的意义

五、认真落实制止餐饮浪费行为的各项措施
学校高度重视此次自查活动，学校各部门实行各种方案。政教处加大对学生的勤俭节约，反对浪费的思想教育、加强对学生就餐文明，并把厉行节约杜绝浪费纳入班级考核、班主任考核，并加强对浪费学生进行思想教育。我校按照工作要求，建立责任制，明确到人，切实做到任务明确、目标明确、责任明确、时限明确。严格要求各相关人员要如实反映情况，认真自查、核实、统计、上报。要对各项经费支出压缩、降低、削减有具体目标，且要在校务公开栏定期进行公示，接受监督。在就餐浪费方面，把厉行节约杜绝浪费纳入班级考核、班主任考核，校有关领导和专项工作负责人，要认真摸底、认真自查，并如实报送县教育局。为了进一步增强责任感和紧迫感，进一步加强管理意识，提高管理水平、明确管理责任。学校成立了厉行节约杜绝浪费建设节约型校园领导小组。
六、建立健全食堂节约用餐制度
学校实行专人监督，可以为督察科人员编制监督就餐排班表，每班三人，实行早、中、晚三班制，分别为：早班6点——6点30分、中班11点30分——12点、晚班18点——18点30分，进行排班来监督管理食堂就餐的秩序，提醒同学们节俭用餐对打饭期间的浪费行为等不文明现象进行有效监督并进行管理。
七、建立制止餐饮浪费行为的长效机制
领导干部要持续开展“光盘行动”，倡议中要求学校食堂要开展多种形式的宣传活动，养成勤俭节约的文明好习惯，校领导要带头厉行节约、反对浪费，建立健全食堂节约用餐制度，坚决制止餐饮浪费行为，传播正能量，学校开展评优活动，从一日三餐做起，制止餐饮浪费，对于学校食堂要进一步加强管理。为节约粮食贡献力量。在学校餐厅张贴“节约用餐、文明消费”、“节约为荣、浪费可耻”等标语，。
帮助学生养成良好的用餐习惯，杜绝餐饮浪费行为，努力使“厉行节约、反对浪费”在全社会蔚然成风，引导广大师生践行文明餐桌规范。围绕“厉行节约、反对浪费”积极创作，持续推行校长陪餐制度，对于小学生特别是团员、少先队员要积极主动参加到“光盘行动”中来。

在学校食堂内，及时张贴了节约粮食的宣传画，宣传标语，但是宣传力度仍需加强。大队部举行“厉行节约反对浪费”主题升旗仪式并要求班主任利用班会时间，开展以节约粮食为主题的班会活动，增强学生以节约为荣，浪费为耻的认识。同时学校制作电子屏标语滚动宣传、学生制作手抄报等形式提醒全校师生员工，节约是美德、节约是品质、节约是责任，节约更是我们的素质和境界。反对浪费，切实践行好好“光盘行动”工作。
3、学校食堂管理逐步规范化，制度化，标准化
我校食堂食品属于定点采购，主食每周采购一次，副食一天采购一次。存储、加工都有严格的分工，生进熟出一条线，每个环节都由专人把关。每周食物均按量采购，以保障食物的新鲜度，最大化的减少浪费程度。食堂管理员定期会对食堂炊事人员进行培训和教育。增强炊事人员节约意识。在食物方面。食堂每周针对学生的人数，烹饪适量的饭菜，在打饭打菜方面，食堂工作人员按高低班级每桌人数进行分餐，尽量让学生吃饱吃好，且不浪费。但是仍避免不了部分学生吃不完浪费的现象，这些剩下的饭菜每餐都会及时的处理。剩菜、剩饭、废弃油脂的去向每天都有专人管理和记录。
4、营养改善计划管理
我校在营养改善计划方面，有相应的实施办法及细则，学校食堂管理员也严格按照文件精神执行。我校实行食堂供餐模式。属全寄宿学生，每天早中晚进行供餐，食堂管理员及炊事人员每天进行营养搭配，每餐俩荤菜，鸡蛋、肉类，新鲜蔬菜、馒头、包子、米饭，营养还是比较均衡的，同时能够避免因菜数过多造成的浪费。每周由营养餐管理员及炊事员做好食物采购计划，然后把计划报给采购按计划需求合理进行配送货物。
5、加强多方监督机制
我校食堂监督机制仍需要继续完善，带班领导，值周老师应加强对浪费行为的监督，选出学生志愿者，协助值周老师进行管理。同时利用好家校通，力求得到家长的重视和支持，形成家校联动，严格监督学校师生员工的浪费行为。通过多方努力，争取将学校食堂的浪费现象减少到最低，最大化的减少浪费。
目前我校的厉行节约工作虽然取得了时效性，但与理想效果还存在一定差距，主要是管理制度还需要继续完善;对于一些措施落实还不到位;具体工作还有待进一步细化等。
今后，我校将继续按照市县教育部门的统一部署，强化厉行节约工作的落实，促进我校食堂管理更规范，食品更安全，营养更均衡，师生更健康，人人养成勤俭节约的好习惯。
