一、本学期的指导思想
本人在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下理念的应用:
1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;
2、整体设计目标,体现灵活开放。
3、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异;
4、采用任务型的教学模式,让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功;
5、注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。
二、教材分析
本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基础的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。对于我们学生来说,由于小学基础不好,到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力,尤其是一千多个单词的记忆和简单的语法就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们必须知难而上,坚守教师职责,实实在在为英语教学成绩而努力。
三、教学目标
对英语学习表现出积极性和初步的自信心。能尝试使用适当的学习方法,克服学习中的困难。常用的训练活动有以下几项:
(1)Daily report:值日生介绍自己、家庭成员或朋友的情况,其它学生可互相提问题,询问个人职业。
(2)Play a guessing game:用问题“what does he do?”引入任务,让学生猜测多媒体课件中人物的职业,以此激发学生的学习兴趣,并训练学生的发散思维能力。
(3)Ask the way :创设问路情景,根据实际情况 telling the way,eg. I want to go the hospital 完成对话活动。
通过训练把课内的语言学习与课外的语言活动结合起来,改变了过去老师一言堂的模式,变学生为主体,课堂主要是提供了一个学生获取知识的平台。学生在活动中主动地获取知识。
四、具体实施方案
1. 加强词汇教学。
2. 认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果;
3. 要求学生坚持每周两篇日记记述日常生活,每单元一篇与所学内容相仿的作文,并及时批阅让学生及时发现不足加以改进;

(一)指导思想:
依据学生上学期掌握知识情况和学生的生理和心理以及发展需求,本学期我们的英语课程的教学目的是如何培养学生的口语表达能力、听力水平和语言表达能力。教师要激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,使他们建立学习英语的自信心;培养学生的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,使他们形成初步运用英语进行日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。同时用新课标理念,结合新课标精神,进行课堂改革,实行教与学的互动。采用任务型语言教学模式,努力用一套行之有效的课堂教学模式,提高教学效率。
(二)班级基本情况分析
经过一学期的学习体会,我所教的班,大部分学生学习目的明确,学习态度端正,掌握了英语学习的.一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性和自控力都较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,而不是一种乐趣。一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听写也不过关,导致看不懂,听不懂,学不懂。学生的听力也还有待提高,在这方面失分也较多。主要是听的时间太少,接触英语的时间不多。针对种种问题,在本学期的英语教学中,教师一方面应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能,为进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础;另一方面,又要采取多种措施,注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技艺,培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索,合作探究能力。
(三)教材分析
《go for it》七年级下册共12个单元,加上复习单元2 个,文化背景知识和学习策略等部分补充材料。全书采取任务型语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构,需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为a、b两部分。a部分是基本的语言内容,b部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有self check部分,供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。它采用语言的输入学生的消化吸收学生的语言输出为主线编排的。通过确定language goal,采用听、说、读、写,自我检测等手段,有效提高语言习得者的学习效率,有利于习得者的语言产出,体现了以学生为主体的思想。

(六)采取的措施:
1. 培养学习兴趣,引导学生掌握正确的学习方法和策略,提高学习效率;采用课前5分钟语言展示,编排课本剧、讲故事等方法培养学生学习英语的积极性
2 .发挥学生主体和教师主导作用,课上采取生生互动、师生互动的教学策略进行教学,培养学生的独立自主学习能力和创新能力以及逻辑思维能力。
3. 用良好的师生关系,协调课堂气氛,培养学生开口说英语的勇气和信心;
4. 引导学生实现语言的迁移,加强日常生活中英语口语的运用;
5. 鼓励学生自主探索,合作探究,共同提高。
6、抓好学生的基础检测,力争单词和短语百分之八十的学生过关,主要通过课上竞赛形式检查、课下小组集中检查和每三周的活动课来检查,另外实行与家长沟通的方法进行监督和检测。
7、对学生进行分层教学,采取分层作业的方式逐步转化后进生,培养优生。尤其课文中的句子以及课文更要分层要求然后再去检查。
8、有条不紊地对学生进行单元检测,对优秀和进步学生仍然进行奖励评价,建立后进生档案,降低后进生百分比例。
9、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写,词义记忆,语用功能的训练,在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。词汇是文章、句子的基本单位,词汇量的大小,将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从去冬期末考试所反映的问题看,在今后的教学中,在加强拼读与拼写的同时,应帮助学生进行有意识记,应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解,要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力,逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句,这样,学生在学会了单词的同时,也学会了词的一些基本用法。
10、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。进行语法操练时,要坚持四位一体,即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题,联系语境,确定语法结构,明确语法的功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用,又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。枯燥的题海战术已不能适应现今的英语教学。
11、加强交际用语教学。用英语进行交际是英语教学的根本目标。在教学语言功能项目时,要尽量避免格式化,不能限制学生的思维能力,要培养学生灵活运用语言的应变能力。
12、进一步培养阅读能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时,应着力帮助学生分析语言材料,而不是核对答案。
13、大力加强对新课程、新标准的学习和研究。我们在学习的过程中,必须抓住重点,理解英语课程的性质,把握课程设计的基本理念。我们必须明白:英语课程的学习,既是通过英语学习和实践活动,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。

本人任教班级为初一四班的英语。通过上一学期的教学,我对这班的学生有了一些了解。本学期我努力教学,争取把这班的英语学习提升到更高的层面。以下为本人本学期的教学计划。
一、学生基本情况分析。
四班共有学生41人。男生29人,女生12人。男生思维敏捷,活泼好动,女生文静乖巧,勤学好问。有些同学越学越有兴趣,积极性很高,但亦有个别英语基础薄弱的同学把这门课当成负担,本期要采取有效的教学措施,加强优差生的辅导,全面提高教学质量。
二、目的要求。
1、根据学生的特点以及英语学习的规律,采用有效的教学手段和教学方法。创设生动活泼的语境,让学生运用所学语言开展活动。
2、本学期要着重注意培养学生良好的学习习惯(包括预、复习习惯,书写、朗读习惯,及语言行为习惯),以保证课堂大容量、高密度、快节奏训练的展开。还要注重培养学生的自学能力,在上学期的基础上,指导及鼓励他们多使用工具书。
3、从学生实际出发,充分发挥学生的主体作用,进一步加强对学生的学法指导。
4、充分利用直观教具和现代化的教学手段,注重现代技术与学科之间的整合,多设计教学情景,以练为主的原则,抓好基础训练,注重培养学生直接用英语表达思想的能力,扩大课堂容量,提高课堂效率。
5、认真钻研教材,掌握每单元的教学目的和要求,正确地把握教材的重点和难点,根据的学生年龄特点及班级的实际情况,精心设计教学程序,选择适当的教学方法,写出各单元中的每课教案。
三、具体措施
总原则:提高课堂利用率,有效利用课堂时间。尽可能地挖掘优等生的潜力,促使其提高。对于成绩较弱者,针对性地进行帮补,并通过优等生的帮助促其进步。其中尤以培优工作为重中之重,希望通过培优工作把整体成绩向上提,努力向其他班靠拢。
1、在课堂上体现知识的梯度,扩大照顾面。
2、引导学生找出适合自己的学习方法,把握好学习的各个环节,让他们能养成自觉学习英语的习惯。
3、实施“一帮一”活动,让成绩好的同学带动差生,同时亦监督差生每天的作业完成情况和背诵情况。
4、在作业布置上,分A、B类。B类为必做部分,A类则为难度较大的作业。同时为了配合培优工作,定时定量给好学生额外布置一些有助于提高其综合能力的练习。
5、建立英语学习小组,并以小组为单位开展“每日一读”的活动。同时,整合家长的力量,让家长在周末期间监督学生听磁带、读课文。
6、每天利用固定时间进行阅读训练,使学生能尽快掌握阅读技巧,培养阅读兴趣,从整体上提高学生掌握语言知识的能力。
相信通过努力,在领导和各位老师的帮助下,四班的英语成绩在本学期将会取得较好的成绩。

本次任务型活动课的主题为:Why do you like koala bears ?

二、学生分析
本次活动课适合初一年级的学生(即13-14岁年龄段的)。要求具备一定的基本知识和技能,对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好,能用简单的英语问候、打招呼,交换有关个人、家庭、朋友等的基本信息,在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事,根据图片或提示写出简单的句子,根据所学内容表演小对话,在课堂活动中乐于模仿、敢于开口,积极参与,主动请教。对即将学习的内容能适当地提前做好预习工作。

活动目的:学习和巩固表示动物和具有动物特征的单词,掌握用英语表达对动物及其它事物的喜好。
教学过程和步骤:

二、教材分析
这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的,对于我们农村学生来说,由于小学基础不好,到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力,光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上,为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

1、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写,词义记忆,语用功能的训练,在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。词汇是文章、句子的基本单位,词汇量的大小,将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从去冬期末考试所反映的问题看,在今后的教学中,在加强拼读与拼写的同时,应帮助学生进行有意识记,应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解,要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力,逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句,这样,学生在学会了单词的同时,也学会了词的一些基本用法。

一、说教材
1.教材简析。
本课共有两部分内容,其中第一部分是以中秋节为话题而展开的一个对话。它主要讲了HanMei和Lucy简单谈论有关中秋节和月饼方面的知识,并邀请Lucy到她家作客的过程。在这个对话中出现了如autumn和festival等十一个新单词以及几个学生难以理解的、需教师解释的词、句型和句子。
第二部分内容是两人在商店为朋友买月饼的一个情境,谈话内容是从月饼表面的样子的好坏、大小、轻重和价钱等方面展开的。其中出现了形容词比较级的用法,它们是:nicer,bigger,heavier,cheaper。它要求学生根据图、词和句子提示创造性的对话。
2.教学重点。
(1)指导学生掌握和熟练运用那些难以理解的词、句型和句子,如cakeswithmeet...
(2)指导学生口头熟练表达就中秋节这一话题展开的对话内容,包括第二部分的购物经过。
(3)形容词比较级的用法。

(2)知识目标。学生要牢记所有新学单词,包括重点字母或字母组合的发音,还要记住新学短语、句型、难句及本对话各句的英语表达,为实现自如讲英语奠定基础。
(3)情感目标。学生要爱学英语、爱说英语、想说英语,对英语学习投以极大的兴趣和热情。
(4)学习策略目标。改变传统的死记硬背,积极主动地投入到语言的实践中去,包括听、说、读、写的实践。在实践中提高语言的综合使用能力,加深对基础知识的'掌握和记忆。
(5)文化意识目标。使学生进一步了解和会简单向别人介绍中国这个传统节日,从而体会节日的快乐。
二、说教法
对本课我主要采取了如下几种教法:
1.听录音。
听音是英语学习的重要方法,也是课堂教学的重要步骤。在听中可以感知,可以模仿。
2.重点解释,个别操练。
在每一堂教学中,学生总会遇到一些难以理解的词、句型、短语、句子或某一语法现象。如本课出现的形容词比较级的用法等都需要教师个别解释甚至创设语言情境进行操练和举例,以扫除自由交际过程中的“拦路虎”,为语言的进一步学习奠定基础。
3.指导学生展开情景对话。
教师可以和任何一个学生对话。开始时和学习好的可多说几句,和学习差的可以少说几句,要想办法使人人开口,使人人都有成功感。通过对话逐步达到对教材内容的全部操练。在对话时可不受课文内容和顺序的限制,师生完全可以根据当时的实际思路创造性地交流,这种教法是实现语言知识向语言能力转变的必经之路。师生对话时,其他学生静听。
4.学生独立操作。
首先要求学生根据师生示范独立对话,随后叫几组分别站起来表演。这是深化课堂教学的重要举措。
5.教师可设计填空或翻译练习,以检查学生对本对话的掌握情况。
在整个教学活动中,我还采用了投影仪、挂图、卡片、实物等,对顺利开展教学活动起到了很好的辅助作用。
三、说学法
我所采用的教法有助于学生掌握如下学法:
1.养成听的习惯。
学生要经常听录音,听教师讲英语,听同学们讲英语,这对学好英语大有好处。
2.科学储备大量知识。
学生不掌握丰富的知识就不可能进行很好的语言交流。所以学生必须了解语言规律,掌握丰富的词汇,熟知语法规则,会熟练表达由各个话题而展开的交际内容。要学会在实践中学,在应用中学,这样学来的知识记忆深刻、灵活度大。
3.及时巩固,反复记忆。
凡教师在课堂上所讲到的语言难点,学生应及时整理,再次认识并积极使用。对前面已学过的课文,学生要有安排地经常复习,否则常常是学了新的,忘了旧的。
4.积极操练,重在口头。
在课堂上,学生要积极参与教师设计的每个教学活动,要大胆开口,创造性地说自己想说的话。课后和其他同学及时进行英语交流。只有这样,才能将书本知识变成自己的知识和语言能力;也只有这样,才能实现脱口说英语的目的。 教育论文在线
