二、学情分析：

一是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。
二是通过一学期的学习，让学生掌握一定的词汇量，发展听、说、读、写的基本技能，形成一定的综合英语语言运用能力。
三是帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异，拓展视野，培养爱国主义精神，形成健康的人生观，为他们终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。
四是提高学生学习英语的积极性，强化口语及写作能力。

三、学生学情分析
七年级七个教学班，343人。只有少部分学生小学时稍微接触过英语，大部分学生对英语学习一无所知，因此教师要把握好教学进度，在学生学习英语入门时，一定要耐心细致，从零开始，步步为营，从而让学生树立起学好英语的信心。
四、教材与教法分析
语音是学好英语的基础，打好语音关。在教材内容的安排上，加入了国际音标的教学。教材每个单元都有明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，教学目标明确，教学任务具体，操作性强。教学中应把握以单元话题为主线，以任务型语言教学为主要教学途径，注重“做中学”原则，注意抓好每单元的重点词，中心句及语篇能力的培养，并强调学习策略，围绕单元话题渗透文化背景知识，注意相关知识的延伸。结合中考题型方向，把握好教学的重点，出好单元教学评价测试题。
五、具体措施
（一）备课：根据学校要求，规范备课教案，提高备课质量和时效，实行集体备课，共同讨论，集思广益。着重抓好周前备课，每周有中心发言人及备课主题，力争周前对一周教学做到“胸有成竹”，为课堂教学的优质化打好基础。
（二）上课：要求教师上课能根据教案中设计的语言目标，采用任务型教学途径（Task-based teaching approach），注重运用教学策略和个人智慧，引导学生用“做中学”（learning by doing）原则，坚持以学生为本，关注学生的情感态度，倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习模式，努力发展学生的综合语言运用能力。
（三）作业及检测：作业及检测是巩固知识与反馈信息的基本途径，英语作业设计重在对语言的功能及结构，话题与语篇的形成进行书面巩固及学习反馈，条件允许的情况下也可以布置一些听力、口语练习；出好单元测试或单元巩固练习，做到定人、定内容、定时间、讲质量，重听、说、读、写全面的`技能巩固、测试和评估，做到科学合理；要求任课教师每人都能紧扣新课标出题，人人能录制高标准的录音带，有针对性地把握好检测质量关。着重抓好期中、期末的整体复习，教师要运用教学策略从宏观及微观上把握好知识的巩固、检测及反馈。
（四）培优辅差：培优辅差工作依照学校工作安排执行。一是注重优生的确定和培养，重点培优，巩固和提升优生的综合能力。二是努力提高后进生的学习技能，切实加强基础知识的学习。
