没想到失业还忙过上班,就象去跑场SHOW,就象去和不同的BF约会,就象……
上午到开发区西区面试,公司是栋破楼,这个对我来说问题倒不是很大,那经理的面试问题都是很塌实的,很实际性的,我比较喜欢这样的问题,最讨厌那些你对未来有什么打算,规划,之类的虚的空洞的问题,特别是那些小企业,动不动就喜欢这样问,还经常喜欢一开始就说先来个面试自我介绍吧?听了我就马上没有干劲了!面试提的问题一点技术含量也没,都是表面工夫,主要就看看人长的'怎么样啊,工资要求多高啊,稍微要求高点的,绝对不会再考虑了,情愿跑到热闹的高级大厦交昂贵的租金去凑高层的热闹,却不肯多付给打工者稍微高点的工资,这样的公司去了没啥意思,
还有就是一些女主管经理的,说白了就是妒忌心太强,见不得面试的女性比她们漂亮有品位,有气质,或者比她们高,唉这都是我的短处呀~~``(哈哈自大了)今天考了电脑操作制作表格,虽然做出来效果不是特别完美,但是起码给做出来了,其他还需要更多时间去调整。这家公司地理位置还不错,经历过之前的走路磨练,这家的距离简直就是小CASE了。那位经理说我应聘的工作都是不完全在室内,或者要去生产线什么的,我想啊,这也是小CASE,想到年,我也经常5楼1楼上下跑来跑去,也经过了锻炼,对这样的事情已经免疫了。这公司的好处就是有2个电梯,跑上跑下也不够爬楼梯累。习惯了艰苦的环境,到了稍微好点的环境就会觉得--完全没问题了!最后结论:对这公司印象不错,那种制作电路版的塑料焦味我挺喜欢闻的,起码比洋葱香精香多了……啊……
更巧的是,遇到初中同学,哈哈~运气真好!她是面试公司的合作公司,所以我们彼此不敢和对方说话,就用眼神交流,最后写下联系方式就88了,

坚持到最后,脚脚终于受不了了,叫痛了,贴的止血贴也磨掉了,续昨天之后,脚脚又多了4个水泡,唉~~命苦,苦命啊!!以后还是学GOLALA穿波鞋去,到了楼下再换,这样重点但是,不那么累。
明天周末,刚好在家休息休息,ONG的说要送生日礼物给我哟~~期待期待

面试的时候又接到电话,通知下午到天河北大都会广场去,呀,第1反应就是好远啊,本来还打算开发区面完回南岗坐坐,不过还是打算去看看,所以吃了梦寐以求的M记,(奇怪,今天吃了一点都不觉得满足,还觉得超级难吃,以后再也不会去吃了,M记我也开始吃到厌了。)然后匆忙跑去坐车,赶往天河北。

终于到面试地点了,已经有不少人在等待了。大家差不多都是白衬衣深色裤子,大方简单。也有几个女孩穿套装的,明明脸上还透着稚气,为了面试故作成熟了。墙上到处都贴着注意事项,考场布置什么的示意图。我慢慢看着,走到了三楼侯考室坐下。还好,心里一直很平静。记得一个朋友告诉我,要实在紧张就买一瓶矿泉水,伸直手臂平举着,看着水面直到平静,似乎很有效。这时,工作人员说话了:请所有陪考的人退场。这样一来,教室里大概还剩下48个人左右。接下来,临时分组。大概是4个单位的入围者分成一组。我被分到了第2组。和旁边的女孩交谈着,她说她笔试考了报考单位第1名,现在也没把握,因为大家分数都相差不多,关键要看面试的发挥了。我想着自己是第2名,与报考单位的第1名相差0.5分,大概也是一样的.心理了。真是残酷,象上战场一样。工作人员开始检查证件,完了所有的人手机关机收上去。在背面贴上名字。开始抽签了,我们这组18个人,我抽了4号,还比较靠前,有点怕怕的。后来一想也好,早点考完回去睡觉,这段时间都累死了。
接下来,工作人员说,每组1号考生上来抽评委,有三组评委。我们这组1号考生是个男生,抽签时手一直在发抖,好紧张哦。再接着1号考生又上去抽考卷,有A,B卷。于是该男生又发抖了一次。工作人员开始提醒,大家也不要喝太多水。待会跑厕所忙不过来,也不要憋着,憋出病来面试过了体检又过不了。全场狂笑。工作人员又把注意事项念了一遍,大概是面试时不要透露个人信息,从现在开始大家就是无名氏一类的话云云。
手机收上去了,也不知道几点了,面试就开始了。每一组来了一个工作人员把1号带走了。象提审犯人一样,好恐怖。刚看了注意事项,面试内容就10分钟答3个题。之前我还以为要半个小时呢。还好还好,10分钟挺好混的。松了一口气。
一不小心,坐我旁边的3号考生就被叫出去了,要到我了。紧张~~~~~刚刚还跟她聊天,她是老师,比我大几岁去了,今天在这里面试,明天又去体检,好象是个什么事业单位已经考上了。强人一个,退一万步说,什么都没有还可以回去当老师。突然听到有人说,第2组4号考生,啊!轮到我了,站起来,镇定,跟着工作人员走。
走到2楼一个教室,面前一排评委,7个。右边有好多人,没看清楚有多少。大概是监督,计时的工作人员。刚走进去,我还没来得及说:“评委老师好。”就听到主考官说,请坐。我只好说谢谢,然后坐下。主考官还蛮和颜悦色的,说了一些恭喜你入围面试一类的套话,我微笑说谢谢。然后他说现在我们开始计时。我又说了一句谢谢。拿起桌上的考卷。第1题:请用一首歌形容自己,说明你为什么喜欢这首歌,请结合自身实际谈谈。第2题:一只蚂蚁举起一粒米,大象自豪得说:我能举起几百斤的木头。对这段话谈谈你的看法。稍微思考了一下,心里大概有了答案。第3题,如果你是一个厂的厂长,某厂卖给你们的设备无法正常投入生产,你怎么办?有点为难。想了一下,准备先答1,2题再说。桌上有准备纸和笔,我拿起笔写了一下要点,大概三四十秒钟。然后我说:下面我开始答题。
第1题,我最喜欢的歌是《蜗牛》。这首歌是世界展望未来博览会的主题曲。我喜欢这首歌并不是说自己象只蜗牛(笑),而是它体现出来的精神给了我很大动力。其中有一段歌词这样写的:我要一步一步往上爬,等待阳光静静照着我的脸,我相信终有一天我有属于我的一片天。我是去年大学毕业的,毕业后一直在努力上进,实现自己的自身价值~~~~(还有什么忘了)最后一句是,我相信自己自强不息,充分发挥主观能动性,总有一天我也会拥有自己的一片天。
篇10:我的腾讯面试经历

生活的精彩在于它的不可未知性,谁也不会想到,7天的训练营给整个09年带来了怎样的变化,也不会想到整个人生的轨迹会因此有着怎样的转折。
大半年后我又回到了上海,回到了张江,时常路过夏天入住的如家,就想起那些生命里重要的人,各种表情的他们,还有一起经历的日子。
训练营为自己敞开了一扇门,引领着我重新认识自己,进而重新定位。几个月之后也正是带着在训练营所感受的和领悟的,还有兄弟姐妹们的鼓励和祝福踏上了求职之路。和大多数求职者一样,也经历了网申、笔试、面试漫长而艰辛的过程。从最初的茫然无措,到沮丧失落,到重新振作,到拿到Offer,错过了一些,但也收获了很多。
从决定找工作到投出第一封简历,中间经历了一个准备期,包括简历的建立,求职信的准备,还有搜集目标企业的往年校园招聘中的相关问题,例如笔经和面经等。
简历是求职的敲门砖,对于所有求职者而言是接触HR的一张名片。简历的制作上,我的建议是准备两种形式,一是打印版的,这种形式的简历要求语言简练,信息点清晰明确。另一种是电子版的,这种形式的简历多用于网申,由于不同公司的网申模板不同,可以制作一份电子版的简历,覆盖基本面的信息,对于项目、实习经验上可以做较为细致的表述。这样在网申时将需要的信息从自己的电子版简历中复制粘贴即可,可以省去大量的时间和精力。当然求职的岗位不同,简历也不能千篇 一律,那在简历制作上就需要根据不同的岗位要求,有不同的侧重点。
准备就绪之后,开始了我的求职记。我一共面试了三家公司,进的盛大是我面试的第二家,在此之前经历了长达一个星期的腾讯面试,最后在VP面被拒之门外,满是遗憾。但也正是这第一次求职经历给我带来了巨大的震撼。
腾讯的笔试题以大量的推理题为主,可以适当的稍作准备,熟悉题型。笔试通过之后进行一面,一面是群面形式,这是一个考察团队合作能力的环节。从“实习2009”的选拔到训练营的培训,都积极锻炼了团队协作能力,这为在群面中的表现有很大的帮助。当然更多的是展示一个真实的自己,面试中做一个真诚的人,将受到来自竞争对手的尊敬和面试官的欢迎。二面是1对1的单面,我投的是市场类职位,面试官要求在短时间内做出项目的推广方案。这个时候考察的便是应变能力和一些专业方面素质了。训练营中各种不同的培训内容都在一定程度上提高了我们的应变能力,面对不同的状况能迅速做出反应。三面我被转到面游戏运营,对于我来说是个蛮大的挑战,用了一天时间疯狂弥补相关方面的知识,赶鸭子上架的进了面试间,对游戏一窍不通的我,面试中就感觉远不如二面的顺畅。唯有放平心态,积极应对,这和我当初参加“实习2009”的选拔一样,心态平和的努力走好每一步,最后自然有属于自己的收获。晚上收到腾讯的电话通知继续四面,被转到面产品类。VP面是从未经历的高压面,各种问题层出不穷,没等到我话说完,面试官已经开始下一个问题了。自身的一些原因让我就这样告别了腾讯,但我却是很满足,因为面完了所有的非技术类岗位收获颇丰。
这是一次结果并不那么理想的面试,但过程却意义非凡,也正是我想和大家分享的。求职路上,结果并不是想的那么重要,而一路上你所收获的远大于最后所收到的是一封拒信还是一份offer。而“实习2009”也是一样,训练营中所收获的点点滴滴将成为日后不可取代的一笔宝贵财富。
腾讯之后面试的是最终拿到Offer并选择进入的盛大,巧合的是去年夏天在训练营时,我们一行“实习2009”的份子就曾参观过盛大网络。而现在我就在这里,开始一段新的生活。
